Negative experience: Absolutely blown away at the shocking professionalism of Kerri Low, representing 59 Wairere Road and 57 Wairere Road, wainui beach. I have been holidaying in Gisborne over the last 3 days from Australia where I am the owner of one of the largest Automotive sales businesses in the country, I have been staying at Wainui beach and was impressed at its beauty. Almost as an act from god I seen the two listings above for sale and thought I could purchase both before I left and make Gisborne a holiday destination. However Kerri Low wouldn’t have that. I couldn’t even have the respect of her returning my call. I waited for over 2 days, message several times, called several times, and was only met with sms responses from Mrs Low telling me she was too busy to speak with me “looking at new listings” and that the property “..was 1.6m if I could see value” I own a number of properties around Australia and use agents frequently, the thought of a vendor trusting an Agent like Mrs Low to represent their property interests and as a bi-product financial interests so horribly is an absolute travesty and I truly feel very sorry for whoever owns these homes and has misplaced their trust in an agent who does not have their best interests at heart. These could have been easy purchases on the back end of a little trip to Gisborne, to be clear, I own cars that would be more expensive than these homes, don’t need any type of financing and would have been happy writing a cheque before I left If your reading this, and considering using Kerri Low to represent your property interests and financial interests, please reconsider. The importance of agents that represent your interests throughly is essential, there is Something fundamentally wrong with this agents ethics and business practices, this will always reflect in the price an agent is able to get for your property. My sympathy’s are with the vendor J.I
