Positive experience: Great experience from the beginning when we signed the lease of our new place. Very accomodating to our situation at the time, however, when we moved, it wasn’t a great experience. Just be more vigilant when you move/break lease and ask for a list of things you need to do before moving. Otherwise, they will milk money from you.
