Fantastic experience: Nick was incredible from start to finish. We first met Nick at an open home for a home we were interested in purchasing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very down to earth. As first home buyers, we were unsure of the processes and steps through the journey. Nick answered all our questions and made it all so simple to understand. Nick was great to work with through it all, from placing our offer, our offer being accepted, going unconditional and through to settlement. We have already discussed that Nick will be our go-to agent in the future and truly cannot recommend him enough! He makes the process as simple as can be and it was wonderful.

I was planning to go with a company and agent I’d used before, but I felt their market appraisal was very low and would be an easy sale for them. So, I gave Nick a call. To be honest, from the moment I met Nick he came across as sincere and just a genuinely good bloke. He didn’t make any big promises or over complicate things. He never said a negative word about the property, which was a bit unloved - it belonged to my very elderly mother. I’ve bought and sold a few properties, understand the process and I know the local market. I found Nick easy to deal with, easy to communicate with, and he just got on with the job. He secured a conditional contract, and then, sadly, my dear old mum passed away. That added a layer of complexity, but again, Nick handled it with professionalism. He communicated well with the buyers, the estate solicitor, and me as the executor. Everything came together, and the SOLD sign went up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nick again or recommend him. And yes - my daughter had the last word: “I told you so.”

Fantastic experience: Our Dealings with Nick. Hi We bought a rental property from Nick in June. We looked for the right property for many months. From the first time I met Nick he struck me as an honest open guy. We had quite a few good chats as we viewed a few properties he had listed over the months we were looking. Fantastic experience: Superstar Agent. As a rule I don't give anyone or anything 100% raves as there can always be improvement but in this case I'm not sure what I would have asked more from Nick in selling our property. Communication was top notch and never confined to regular work hours which was awesome, especially if I missed a call because of my work commitments. As this was my first experience as the 'vendor' no question or odd-ball request was ever too much and Nick even did the dusting to ensure the property looked it's best for inspection. What could have been a harrowing experience turned out to be fuss free and informative every step of the way. What more could we ask for. Thanks Nick, all your hard work paid off.

Fantastic experience: A VERY SATISFIED VENDOR! Nick explained the different sales processes both verbally and in writing and recommended we have a deadline sale. Each step of this was set out clearly. There were choices for how we would promote the property and a campaign to suit was selected.
