Negative experience: I don’t think I had a good experience. I booked a viewing for a rental. They canceled 2 hours earlier via email on a week day, without a call or a text message. While working, not everyone has time to read personal emails. After I asked permission from work to leave and view the rental, there was no one there. And then I called, on the call, they didn’t say sorry at all, instead, it was my fault to not check my email. Absolutely unprofessional! Awful experience

Fantastic experience: By far the best property manager we have had. Ana is excellent- she goes above and beyond to look after both the property along with our tenants. We have been using B&N for 3years now- in this time we have had the same tenant. We do not live local and have not been to the property in years- the reports that Ana provides gives us full confidence in the condition. We did have an emergency plumbing issue where Ana attended immediately and had a plumber quickly onsite to fix. We could not recommend B&N more highly

Fantastic experience: We moved all the way from Rotorua to Ashburton as husband had a job offer and used B&N Properties to find a home, our family is very happy in this home....very neat and clean and it suites our family nicely.
