Negative experience: Worst listing experience I have ever had. They took on my two listings but failed to carry out the expected work. In writing, it was acknowledged that very little work had been done. Communication was extremely poor throughout. Georgia (the listing agent) went on maternity leave without informing me, and no proper arrangements were put in place to manage the listings. The Ray White Rolleston office was also unaware that the listings had expired. When I raised these concerns, instead of resolving the matter professionally, Brendan responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. I was called dishonest, a liar, and a blackmailer, along with other inappropriate remarks. He also stated that he has dealt with the REAA multiple times, which I found concerning. As a result of how this matter was handled, we lodged a complaint with the Real Estate Agents Authority. Extremely disappointing service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

She had our house sold in a week and for an incredible price we never thought achieveable! She went out of her way to get an offer signed and a contract done to ensure it was locked in for both ourselves and the purchaser. Where others would have stepped back and said " Not my Problem" Georgia stepped up and asked " how can I help". Negative experience: I would give no star if there was an option. My experience with Holly from Rollerston Ray White 2 weeks ago was unbelievably bad. I am surprised by her unprofessional behavior in her field. Holly signed the deal with another buyer without waiting for my final contract when we had arranged a time to meet. 1, Her priority was not her vendor but it’s her commission to seal the deal - any deal. 2, unprofessional when it was a deadline sale the” time “was not even a concern during the whole process 3, Rang Ray White Rollerston to complain as I’d like to give them chance to explain before we bring it to REA. At the time of the deal Holly was companied by another agent perhaps a senior. I haven’t heard back from them. Lots of people like me probably won’t waste the energy to complain as it will mostly likely to end up no where. But Vendors/ Buyers do take another thought before you sign up with them whether to sell or to buy. Get yourself someone who has experience behind them importantly someone who is honest.
