Fantastic experience: i put my rental on the market. i came to ray white as the house is a rental and ray white had been managing it for sometime. the service i got from this was excellent always got an update as to what the property looked like and if needed any work to be done., decided to put on market,came to ray white and met kristie in te awamutu , she was so friendly and helpful. we had a good chat and she then organized an appraisal. she then contacted me with the result and was very impressed. Then put it on the market,it went into the paper and and kristie kept in contact with me,.she told me on open home for half hour. she contacted me after this and said it was a sucess,with 4 offers. i met her again and the offers were opened. we got a cash and unconditional settlementso within 5 days it was sold. never having done this before, i was very impressed with the service and the backup i received, highly recomend ray white
