Fantastic experience: If you are not dealing with Cambridge Real Estate you may not be trading with the best company. I purchased this property through Cambridge Real Estate 26 years ago and offered it to the market with the same agency when it came time to sell. 26 groups through the open-home program supported by approx 1500 hits on the Internet and with the agency expertise the property sold within 2 weeks. Read the heading again and check on your decision - have you made the right one?

Fantastic experience: Stress free. Since meeting with Paulette and Graham to sign up our seperation property, i had a gut feeling to the sale was not going to be easy. With the house only on the market for 2 weeks, we had our first offer with another one 2 days later. There was so much communication between myself and Paulette keeping me up todate with everything. We had a few minor hiccups bit they where straightened out promptly. Within 2 days of the offer been put in i got that phone call...... your house has now ben SOLD. I was over the moon. Fantastic experience: We entered the process with David as first-time house sellers with no prior knowledge of the steps involved ahead. We started off slightly uncertain with the decision to put the property to Auction, the uncertain market at the time of going to sale, and the reality of the home we were selling which was not a typical size or layout. Given all of that, David put us at ease with answering our many questions and queries with very clear and straight forward communication and it all resulted in a successful sale under the hammer with a figure which exceeded our expectations. Fantastic experience: Exceptional service and a never say die attitude. Rachael and Kylie are two relative newcomers to the real estate scene, but they execute everything with a passion which has surpassed anything we have experienced before. From the outset, the proposal, the valuation through to recommendations on how to present and market our property were absolutely spot on and it was a combination of all of these factors and their enthusiasm that resulted in our property realizing an exceptional price in a Covid impacted market. Although we went into lock down the day before the auction, Rachael and Kylie created another opportunity using a Deadline Sale, and our property was sold within hours. Nothing was ever too much and we are very satisfied with the result. It couldn't have been better.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. An agent tried to charge us for filing the basic anti money laundering information (we were not a trust) even though we hadn't signed a real estate agreement with him. He even wanted it paid into his personal account. He wouldn't listen when we told him that was illegitimate. His manager did tell him he wasn't allowed to do that, but she took a long time to get back to me about it, which made the whole process much more stressful than it should have been.

Fantastic experience: Sherry and Eilish produced a great result for us, under the most trying conditions (Lockdowns). Whilst the property had plenty going for it - people do business with people. In this situation, we felt Sherry's calm, assured manner and her rich local experience would be the right fit - and it was! Negative experience: I have had business in this crazy market with Sherry. I have found her to be lacking on how one should treat a client. She has no right to repeatedly ask where your priceline is when preparing for an auction purchase. In my view that is the risk the vendors take in an auction. She lacked in my view transparency. Never would use her by choice. however Rachael who sold our house is amazing couldn't have asked for a more honest transparent kind woman of high integrity. 5 * for her. Pity there's not more like her in the industry.

Negative experience: Just received a call from someone in this company who wanted to do an assessment on our property. We heard her out and politely declined only to be hung up on. Thumbs down for a local firm. Definitely wont be interested after that first episode.

If the goal was to promote Cambridge real estate then this backfired badly. Had the opposite effect. won't be selling my house with these people when the time comes
