Negative experience: Worst agency ever. Property managers are poorly trained and haven't a clue when it comes to tenancy tribunal. They are so good they even advocate for the tenant when they are working for you! Dont waste your time.

Negative experience: We used their rental property management service. Our property manager was Monique Gemmel, she is awful to deal with and exceptionally lazy in her approach. The other staff aren't much better and they prefer to totally ignore you than respond.

Fantastic experience: Josh and Laura were very helpful, accommodating and proactive with the sale of our property. As we live out of town Josh and Laura did everything they could to help us out when needed. They went above and beyond what they normally would do for a local. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at selling a property.

Her approach to sales is not pushy or forceful. She asked understood quickly what I was looking for. She helped me find and negotiate the best price with the vendor for our home. Vern worked tirelessly liasing with the various stakeholders to obtain a resolution satisfactory to all concerned. It was certainly No walk in the park and Vern kept me as vendor appraised every step of the way of progress. Negative experience: I recently worked with Ray White to sell my late father's house. While the marketing and initial efforts to attract potential buyers were commendable, my experience became less positive during the negotiation phase. I felt considerable pressure to accept an offer that was lower than what I was comfortable with, and when I declined, I received correspondence that I found rude and unprofessional. Despite this, I persisted and we were ultimately able to secure a price that I was satisfied with. While I appreciate the efforts that led to the sale, the experience left me feeling unsatisfied with the level of service and respect provided

I would like to thank Rob for being patient with us, when times we were not always able to provide the information required. Rob kept us informed of the market, and for us to view this realistically. As first home buyers, we required a lot of assistance and patience. It didn't take long to find the one and from there she helped run me though the process explaining the steps simply and making sure the deal went through. She was very supportive and knowledgeable and made the process super easy.

Negative experience: This review is specifically refers to the agent name Charlotte Cairns. We bought property at 5 flannery road pokeno. We signed contract including chattles but on settlement we did not receive then. When we talk through solicitor to vendors we figured out they were never included. And despite that she blatently lied to us. I have serious concerns. Do not buy your house through her. For her comission it seems like she is prepared to deceive any buyer in future too. If you see her then run.

Negative experience: Very disappointing that when we turned up to a open home today with A.Lowe, we arrived before the end of the open home time (1:45pm) Unfortunately she was leaving the property before 1:45pm, we even pulled into the driveway behind her car and then moved to the road as she was reversing out. Very dissatisfied with Ray Whites service. Such a shame we didn’t get to view the property as we were very interested first home buyers.
