Negative experience: Used Keith Archer for our property manager and had bad experiences with him,unreliable and dishonest. Tenant tried to ring him because water was leaking from the ceiling and he wouldn't answer his phone, so she rang me to sort it out,even I tried to ring him an wouldn't answer. Then he tried to tell me that the roof needed repairing, when it was the pipe had burst which got repaired. I ended up terminating him and he kept one of the payment of $500 which we will be going to court. I wrote a review earlier and he told me to remove it or we wouldn't get any papers from him so I removed it,he had the audacity to offer my tenant another place to stay at.

The housing market is going through a difficult period at present as we all know. Tira went the extra mile to sell our unusual property, like selling two for the price of one. Positive experience: Well it looks good and lots of good rentals advertised, but no one ever answers emails or replies to queries so if you want help you need to physically go in to office!

Negative experience: Very unhappy found problems with house after I moved in. Easy told it would be sorted, wasn't and now told to late. Really unhappy with agent
