Negative experience: As a landlord who engaged Property Brokers to manage my rental property, my experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing. Despite their polished sales pitch promising excellent communication and professional service, they delivered neither. Communication was consistently poor — emails and questions were often overlooked, misunderstood, or brushed aside. From the outset, I received incorrect and misleading information about landlord and tenant responsibilities, and when I sought clarification, responses were often curt and unhelpful. There was a noticeable lack of follow through on basic property management duties, forcing me to repeatedly prompt them to follow up with fundamental tasks or, after months of inactivity, step in and complete them myself. Most concerning of all was the total absence of accountability — when errors occurred, they were ignored or deflected rather than corrected and acknowledged. Overall, my experience with Property Brokers fell far short of expectations. I would strongly encourage other landlords to seek another property management company that values transparency, professionalism, and accountability.

Fantastic experience: Property Brokers agents Tony McKenna and Anneka Billing were great to deal with in the purchase of our property in Masterton. We had met Anneka at a few Open Homes and just liked her manner which was not pushy. Both Tony and Anneka had a great way of doing business which was helpful and down to earth. Keep this a secret but... Tony even lent me his ute while my car was in getting repaired (Anneka also offered her spare car BTW).

Negative experience: Dear property brokers I have been trying to get a rental from you for the last year an 10 months with no luck, as I just viewed a house yesterday on the 19.09.2022 I automatically get denied for today, I know Becca Phillips don't like me or my family with reasons unknown, but how abouts giving my family an I a chance but I guess that's to much to ask in this world, an how do I know because I've been to plenty of viewings with her an the look an lack of acknowledgement she gives me an my partner is appallingly bad, as the impression she gives my partner an I is lower class, an the houses we've been to with her as property manager I know my family an I will never get a house through Property brokers Masterton
