Fantastic experience: We rented through Ray White Ashburton with Janene as the property manager. From the initial home open to the final vacate inspection Janene was reliable, competent, warm and generally amazing fo work with. She sorted out any issues promptly and helped make the whole experience easy. Fantastic experience: I was assisting my elderly parent-in-laws to sell their property as they had gone into residential care. I contacted Cheryl Fowler initially by email as I was located out of the Canterbury region. From our very first email and phone call we found Cheryl to be very professional and thorough. Through the entire process of selling the property Cheryl worked with myself as an EPOA acting on behalf of, and also my mother-in-law Jean whom she visited at the care facility she was in. Cheryl was always caring and understanding with my elderly mother--in-law and has made the process of selling their property a very simple one.
