Got a knock on the door from one of their salespersons and he tracked me down and gave it back to my son. Went and bought a case of beer and dropped it off at their office. Negative experience: Charlotte has been so great and helpful to deal with! She always answered her phone, was always very polite and kind even outside of work hours and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. EDIT: I've had to change my review. Not to reflect negatively on Charlotte - She's done nothing wrong and is still great however, the Property Brokers team as a whole needs some work. As part of my sales and purchase agreement the fridge as listed in the chattels was suppose to stay behind and the HRV was no longer working. I am working with my solicitor to get things sorted which property brokers has agreed to, but their vendor seems to be taking their sweet time in getting back to me so until these issues are sorted, the 1 star can remain as my edited review. Disappointing as this is my second house I've purchased through Property Brokers (First one was through Property Brokers Wairarapa) and would expect better communication.

She was extremely professional and really put herself out throughout the sale process as it mostly took place while I was overseas, so she made sure the house was warm and well presented for open homes. She reported and kept in touch to ensure I knew what was happening. I am very happy to recommend her.

Negative experience: We purchased our first home together just before Christmas, we were excited about it but feel we didn't get the best service, we have been in now for 1month and have since found some issues we feel should been addressed. All chattels should be in working order, however the dishwasher does not in our case and nothing was mentioned prior to purchase. Our experience with property brokers was not at all made exciting no congratulations not even enjoy your new home or even a calendar, we certainly wouldn't use property brokers in the future.
