Fantastic experience: Exceptional Service From Start to Finish We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the very beginning Andra was incredibly easy to deal with, bubbly, approachable and always positive. Her knowledge of both the local area and the current property market was excellent, and we always felt well informed throughout the entire process. Communication was a real standout — she was extremely responsive, answered any questions we had promptly and would always call us straight after open homes with an update and feedback. We genuinely felt Andra worked incredibly hard to achieve the best possible result for us. She was proactive, honest and kept us updated every step of the way. We really appreciated the effort she put in and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. A fantastic agent and an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Fantastic experience: Rachael O'Connell this lady deserves a medal. As one of Tremains Property managers Rachael was my person, she came in at a time our rental was selling then delivered the news the house had sold. She step by step guided us through the what happens next. She showed outstanding communication skills, and a whole lot of empathy. She understood the stress involved and went over and above to help make the transition easier for us. She showed us something huge she didnt go on about how much she knew she showed us how much she cared and stayed professional in it all. Thankyou Rachael and team Tramains for everything. Lorraine and family

Fantastic experience: Amazing!!! As first home buyers we had so many questions. Team Piesse was able to answer them all and provide so much support and knowledge to us. They were always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly while also remaining professional throughout the entire process. We would not be where we are today without their service and we are incredibly grateful!!

Fantastic experience: Recently moved into a property, as Chrissy being my property manager. She has been the best property manager by far, very attentive and awesome communication. Inspection was done thoroughly and asked if anything needed attention. Within a day I got an email for the work order for what needed to be done. Very happy!

Fantastic experience: amazing service, made herself readily avaliable. friendly, and helpful.

Fantastic experience: We have only been in our rental for just over a month, but in that short time we've had a few unexpected hurdles. Throughout it all, Chrissy Morris has been nothing short of amazing. Moving into a new home can be stressful, especially when issues arise, but Chrissy has made us feel genuinely supported every step of the way. She has always made herself available to take my calls, listened with kindness and understanding, and acted quickly to ensure any concerns were resolved as soon as possible. Her communication has been exceptional, always clear, honest, and keeping us informed, which has given us real peace of mind. Chrissy's dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care have made such a positive difference to our experience, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she has done. Thank you, Chrissy, for going above and beyond to help us settle into our new home. Your support has meant more than you probably realise, and we feel very fortunate to have you as our property manager ✨️

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service & Smooth Experience Had a great experience buying our property through Harpreet Singh. Friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Always quick to help and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Want a good agent? Choose Callum at Tremains. Callum, supported by team Piesse, employed an insightful marketing strategy which delivered a sale price I was happy with in a less than average time frame. He promised, he delivered; along the way keeping me well informed and included in all parts of the process. A stressful time made less so by a professional and skillful agent. Thank you Callum and team Piesse.

Fantastic experience: Tremains Rentals have been amazing through.our duration of renting from them! Holly Daly aswell as previous property managers have been helpful, efficient and great to deal with! Any issues regarding our home is always dealt with straight away and the trades have been awesome too! I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND Tremains if you are in the market fir a rental, to list a rental or buy.

Fantastic experience: Chrissy has been a phenomenal property manager, helping out with any issues that arise. Couldn’t recommend Tremains enough.

Fantastic experience: Love Chrissy as our property manager, she has always sorted our maintenance really quickly. Highly recommend Tremains.

Fantastic experience: Rent off Tramines has been a god send. They have an amazing team that allows me to feel at home in my rental. They are in great with emergency maintenance, quick, efficient and quality property management. Special thanks to Nadia and Dominique for the quick communication and willingness to help.

Fantastic experience: Just Awesome! It was an absolute pleasure working with Carolyn, she made the whole process easy, great communication and has great ideas to help vendors with the sale of their home and help buyers with their questions and offer ideas and solutions. You can see the passion and enjoyment Team Caro has helping people through the purchase and sale process, as we know it is usually a very stressful time, and this has probably been the easiest process I have experienced when selling a home :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent service throughout the whole sale process

Fantastic experience: A Smooth and Stress-Free Experience with Team Piesse. We had a great experience working with Team Piesse from start to finish. They were professional, approachable, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process, which made everything feel far less stressful. Communication was clear and timely, and they were always happy to answer our questions and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Team Piesse were proactive, organised, and genuinely supportive, and we always felt they had our best interests at heart. We really appreciated their guidance and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate team. Thanks again, Team Piesse!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, flexible, fast. Callum will always either answer the call or ring back straight away. He makes the effort to allow viewings out of his own convenience and does so in a friendly and professional manner. Helped us into not only our first home but the perfect home in the best area. Explained nitty grittys in a real user friendly way and promptly got things done when requested. We met alot of agents over the 4 months in our search and really enjoyed working with him.

Fantastic experience: Top notch service !! Great communication, worked really hard for the sale, great to deal with and very professional, would definitely use again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Faultless from start to finish. From the first time we met Anna and Callum we were convinced they were the right fit for us. A fantastic approach to working through the listing to make sure we appealed to the maximum number of buyers saw a huge amount of interest and multiple offers within a week of listing. Great advice on what to look for in the offers to ensure a solid offer with no messing around. Everything done low stress, friendly and fun. The team know the market really well and were spot on with where they thought offers would end up. They helped dress the house so well for the photographs we didn’t really want to leave. Great, easy communication with regular updates meant we were never wondering what was happening. I genuinely can’t fault them from our first meeting to leaving our house for the last time.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Agent - Made Buying a Breeze! Working with Callum and Anna was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They made the entire process remarkably easy and stress-free, expertly guiding me through every step. What could have been a daunting experience was instead exciting and enjoyable thanks to their knowledge, patience, and proactive communication. I felt completely confident throughout. Without hesitation, I would work with them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Fantastic experience: Team Piesse highly recommended. We had a great experience working with Callum, Anna and their team selling our house. They were honest and enthusiastic, supportive and haf great comms! They helped to make a stressful experience much better and we are grateful for all their knowledge, experience and support.

Fantastic experience: Over and above. Callum, Anna and the team went above and beyond to assist us selling our house while living overseas. Great communication, nothing was too big or too small.

Fantastic experience: Beyond Amazing! I wanted to take a moment to share our experience and express our sincere gratitude for the incredible service we received during the purchase of our new home. We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Kerri at our very first viewing. You often hear people say, "you just know when you know" and that was absolutely true for us. I was ready to sign the paperwork on the spot! Kerri provided us with valuable information about nearby properties that had recently sold and was clear, honest, and professional when answering all our questions. If there was ever anything she wasn’t immediately sure of, she didn’t leave us waiting long more than once, I received a call shortly after our viewings with the answers we needed. Her promptness and dedication made us feel completely supported throughout the entire process. From the moment we submitted our offer through to going unconditional and finally to settlement day, Kerri was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I had been searching for a long time and were beginning to think we’d never find the right place. Unfortunately, we had dealt with many agents who didn't follow up or communicate clearly, which made the difference with Kerri all the more striking. We also want to acknowledge and thank a few other companies who supported us along the way their help was truly appreciated. However, Tremains stood out above the rest, and that’s due in large part to the fantastic service and care we received from Kerri. Without her, we wouldn't be where we are today in our dream home. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Tremains is incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated and exceptional agent on their team. Love The Thom Fam

Fantastic experience: Excellent Work. Working with Panay was a delightful experience. We held a meeting during which we discussed pricing and his marketing strategy for the property. After signing the agreement, he efficiently managed all aspects of the process. We received several excellent offers and ultimately accepted one. Throughout the entire process, he ensured we were well-informed. The task was completed successfully. I would gladly recommend Pranay and Tremain Real Estate to others.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional. We are very happy with Pranay, he truely cared about what we wanted and strived to achieve the best offer we could get. Would use him again in a heartbeat. He supported us through the sale and was always very polite and attentive. We highly recommend Pranay to others.

Fantastic experience: Good to deal with do a great job

Fantastic experience: Amazing to work with. Bev and Jason @ Tremains were very professional, knowledgeable and amazing to work with, making the selling of our family home a smooth and respectful process. We appreciated their thoughtful and inclusive communication. They navigated the complexity of a family sale professionally ensuring that everyone was informed and part of the discussions. Excellent marketing and staging of the family home. We particularly loved the video presentation which was very welcoming. We are grateful to have had Bev and Jason as our agents and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out.

Fantastic experience: Efficient and knowledgeable. Jason has been amazing to deal with. He is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his clients. He knows the market and is excellent at follow ups. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Fantastic experience: Very Accommodating. Nothing was too much for Bev & Jason. They made themselves available whenever I needed, nothing was an issue. From meeting me at the property after hours to taking my calls and answering questions about the property and surrounding areas. I felt at ease throughout the whole process and have no hesitation in recommending them for your Real Estate needs.

Fantastic experience: SOLD SOLD SOLD. We approached Jason and a few other real estate agents to see what was on offer with commission, recent sales and what they were like to deal with. Jason came out on top so the decision was to go with him and now everything has been completed we have no regrets of our decision. We had a tight deadline, bloody COVID-19 lockdown and other issues to deal with and it was never an issue for Jason, he tells it like it is and works hard for you - no doubt about that! If your getting ready to sell don't hesitate to get in touch. Just want to say thanks heaps once again - legend.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding commitment, service and positivity! We appointed Bev and Jason after a less than satisfactory experience with an agent from Ray White Rotorua. The difference in working with them was like day and night. From the shared messenger (IM) group so everyone was kept up to speed immediately with feedback and all comms to the warmth and reliability, Bev and Jason delivered well beyond expectations. It has been a very tough market and we needed to sell and despite a lot of challenges along the way we got there. I would use them again every time.

Positive experience: Mr smooth ha ha . Was always nice to work with and got the job done

Fantastic experience: Bev and Jason you guys rock! Bev and Jason have been incredible throughout the whole process of buying this home. They've answered all of our million questions and been so helpful, patient, friendly and understanding! It's made this journey just that much better having them as the agents. Thanks again, you guys have been the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Arsh proved to be a good agent for us,she in fact sold our house in a day. We loved the experience.

Fantastic experience: Arsh has great knowledge of the market and strategic mindset . Arsh made the entire journey of purchasing my first home at 485 TeNgae Road incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the moment I reached out with my initial inquiries to the final stages of negotiation, Arsh was there every step of the way, providing invaluable guidance and support. She patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout the process. Her expertise and professionalism made navigating the complexities of buying a home a seamless experience. I highly recommend Arsh's services to anyone embarking on their real estate journey.

Fantastic experience: Definitely Holla for a Waller! Bev and Jason were so great to deal with. Although this property wasn’t listed, they listened to what we were searching for and helped us along the way to get it. Their communication was fast and efficient and no question was left unanswered. We are so excited to move in to our first home .

Positive experience: Hassle Free. Also surprised at how quick it sold. There were moments we got nervous but Arsh Kaur assured us of her help and gave us in detail... the current real estate economics. Our price was set, negotiated, and finalized in just a short time period. We are very happy with the sale and can't wait to greet the future! Arsh took good care of staging, social media, open home hosting, and an array of marketing tasks. The kind of stuff that's not me. I didn't want any stress or headaches. This is where having Arsh represent us and Tremains as our agency made the experience much easier. Good expert service!

Fantastic experience: Great communication, easy to deal with. We had a great experience with Bev and Jason, communication was always great and very prompt. Our purchase was easy and they answered all questions we had.

Fantastic experience: Approachable and always willing to help. Bev and Jason were approachable as soon as we viewed the property. They were very helpful in the buying process and always encouraged us to call them whenever we needed help.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service by Ashleigh Love it my kids very happy ❤️

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Kat who worked here previously and Ashleigh. Very approachable, friendly and helpful. Rare gems to come across these days.

Negative experience: Judging by the service I received as a prospective vendor I would suggest anyone thinking about selling their property to look elsewhere. Or even better - sell privately. These "leaches" add no value whatsoever.

I'm looking for a 1bedroom home with a private back yard that's fenced an garaging, that would have been perfect. I'm renting a 2bdrm property at the moment, an hv for the last 9yrs Iv pride in keeping my home nice inside an out, with excellence references.
