She has genuinely been one of the best property managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with — hands down! From the very beginning, Nikita was so lovely, welcoming, understanding and supportive. She helped me and my daughter into our beautiful little 2-bedroom home, and from there she made our whole experience such a pleasure. Nikita has always been approachable, kind and easy to communicate with. She actually cares about the people she looks after, and that really stood out to me. Fantastic experience: Nikita Wingate from Inspire Rotorua is an excellent property manager. She is very selective when choosing tenants and carries out thorough reference checks. Once a tenant is selected, she is proactive, responsive, and does her best to ensure they have a positive renting experience. She also conducts regular inspections to make sure the property is well maintained and tenants are meeting their responsibilities. Overall, Nikita is professional and fair to both property owners and the responsible tenants she selects.

Positive experience: Initial issues due to lack of communication, poor house inspections and observations and BAU expectations. Several stages, I've looked at other companies to provide a better service and put the Agents on notice. Appears they have pulled their socks up ....... for now.

Fantastic experience: Amanda has been incredible at managing our property. She is proactive with any issues and gets everything sorted without us ever having to follow up. Inspire managed to find tenants for our property in under a week without even having to advertise saving us hundreds of dollars from the start. Amanda also coordinated all the maintenance, heat pump installation and healthy homes inspections without us being in the same city. Owning a property in a different city has been made so much easier thanks to all the work that Inspire puts in for us. Negative experience: Can someone just get back to me? I wasnt going to write a review but since nobody is responding I dont know what else to do. When I first started a tenancy with Inspire they were great, but a few months through it turned south. I started off with Colin and then ended up with Amanda (Rotorua.) She insisted multiple times that I have an inspection in LEVEL 4 lockdown, which I declined every time. I received my 3 months notice to move out because the owners are selling, so I found a new house and gave my 3 weeks notice to end the tenancy. I cancelled my automatic payments, but one last rent payment still came out of my account and I contacted her straight away. She said that as soon as it lands in the bank account, itll be sent back to me. It's been a week now and she hasnt said anything since then. No text, no emails, wont answer my calls - and her coworkers are no help either. I just want to be kept in the loop, $445 is a lot of money to miss out on when I've just forked out over $3000 for another bond. I cant even get a reply or my calls returned, yet when shes ready to meet to do an exit inspection I bet theyll expect me to be available when it suits them.
