Initially, he went and did a video walk through for us as we lived in the South Island. Fantastic experience: What͏ a Superb Experience Lynley and I have been through the Buying and selling of houses a number of times in the past few years so we sort of feel we have the experience and knowledge to know the processes and attract the agents and real estate companies that will do the best job they can. It was an easier process in the height of the property market compared to now but still the same processes should be adhered to Request all Real-Estate companies in the area to “quote” Tell them what you want and need, the costs, commission levels, admin costs, marketing costs. You will find the above questions will weed out real-estate agents that cant give you or wont give you the information you want. Do your homework about how active and proactive an agent is in the area, are they selling houses, to the point that you will know which agent you would want to work with and why. Carol and Mike from Team Lewis fronted up to this process head on. Promptly and concisely they gave up all the information we needed without the excesses of “we are Great” marketing blurb you often find with other companies. We knew they would be good, we did our homework, we knew we would work with them until our house was sold.
