Fantastic experience: I have found so much support trying to find rentals and through inspections. As a tennant I've felt respected and listened to and with understanding. Especially with our last rental, we moved and 4 weeks later I had surgery, so at the first 6week inspection there still hadn't been much unpacked, but it was still clean and tidy. We have all felt listened to and never judged. The whole team have been welcoming and supportive. I have recommended them to friends

Negative experience: As a landlord if you don't care about your investment enough to read the fine print then you might be ok here. Seeking clarification or asking questions is not welcome. Stay away if your time is valuable to you, and you want to deal with nice, sensible, and professional people.

Fantastic experience: The property management team of Bayleys are the best I've personally had the privilege of being a tenant/client of. The communication is excellent and they action any enquiry or maintenance needed promptly and ensure both landlord and tenant are a part of that process. On top of that, the team is compassionate with their tenants personal or whānnau circumstances and are understanding of the unforseen things that can happen at times. Fantastic experience: The wonderful team at Bayleys Property Management are awesome. I found them compassionate, helpful & competent when I needed a rental (dog friendly even!) Ongoing I’ve found them responsive to maintenance issues etc, also fair and reasonable in regard to inspection times. As a renter I class them number 1 and should I require a property management team in the future to manage my own property I wouldn’t hesitate to get them on board. They’ve nailed the balance between tenants & landlords hence the 5 stars from me.
