She is incredibly professional, kind, approachable and always so easy to communicate with. Rochelle has always treated us with respect and made every interaction smooth and stress-free. We are so grateful for everything she has done throughout our tenancy and truly couldn’t have asked for a better property manager. Thank you Rochelle. We wish you all the very best!

Fantastic experience: We had a short tenancy due to change of circumstances. We were nervous having to end our lease due to a previous real estate making it very hard but Margaux has been nothing short of amazing from the start of our tenancy to finish. Especially with all our odd requests. Any maintenance was sorted hassle free and she is quick to respond to any of our queries. Margaux has made our entire exit process the smoothest it could've possible been. If we are ever back in the market for a rental property Margaux will be our first go to! Highly Recommend! :)

Fantastic experience: I have been involved with Harcourts Taupō for 6-7 years and in all my time there have never had any concerns to speak of. On the contrary, we consider ourselves very lucky to have had Rochelle as our Property Manager who was exceptional in her support of us, and in addition to that, the lady in the front desk of the office was always hospitable in her manaakitanga whenever we visited too. Can't speak highly enough of this office what they have done for both my son and I during our time in Taupō. E rere ana te mihi mahana ki a koutou, nga kaimahi o te tari o Harcourts ki Taupō.

Fantastic experience: I had reluctantly put my holiday home up as a rental to be managed by Harcourts, Taupo. I was back this weekend to tidy and prepare the house back into the holiday home market (as the tenants had given notice after about 18 months). I was very pleasantly surprised, the tenants and/or Harcourts have managed to leave the place in better condition that they had entered it - it was immaculate, trees pruned, outside foliage tidied, clean carpets, no damage, it was just marvellous! I am so relieved and grateful to the tenants and Harcourts. Would definitely recommend for future potential customers to use Harcourts. The holiday home management side is also always excellent.
