Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I chose to go with Jan as I had worked with her before. I had wonderful service last time so I knew I would get the same this time. Jan and I discussed the time of the year and the price range and I followed her advice. My house was under contract within two weeks with the price in the middle of the range Jan projected. Her advice was spot on. Jan has kept in touch with me all the way through, from when we started talking till the sale went unconditional. She did an excellent job of persuading the purchaser to pay a lot more than they originally offered. She has always been available either by txt or phone whenever I’ve needed reassurance.

Negative experience: I do not recommend Jarrod Lowe. His behavior was unacceptable. As first-time home buyers, we required guidance, but instead, we felt pressured to complete the transaction swiftly. He laughed at our genuine offer on a property, which made us feel obligated to increase our bid. After leaving the keys with reception, he did not maintain any meaningful communication. This experience was disheartening and left a lasting impact.

I have been fortunate enough to have Andrew look after me in the last 2 years when I first needed to buy myself a nice Villa in a good area and secondly to sell my Villa to upgrade to a bigger one. Negative experience: Ruth Shannon rented us a property advertised as 'warm and cosy' with ceiling and underfloor insulation. Turns out it wasn't insulated and was freezing. Our kids got sick and we had to pay to move again (stressful). Ruth never admitted fault and wasn't sympathetic to us at all. She treated us badly and actually tried to make us keep paying rent, do the lawns/gardens and pay for a meth test! We had to take her to the Tenancy Tribunal, where she appeared with colleague Suz Hall. The judge took less than half an hour to rule in our favor and awarded us $2k compensation. We never received an apology from Ruth Shannon or Tremains, and in fact still had to chase them up to pay us the awarded costs and get our bond back.
