We first met Wini several years before placing our home on the market and were immediately impressed with his honesty and excellent lnowledge of the local market. He was therefore our first choice when we eventually made the decision to sell. He was able to answer all questions confidently and was at all times responsive in a timely manner. He quickly established rapport with us and this gave us the confidence he would also do that with potential purchasers. Similar proeprties were selling on our street, and he worked out a sound marketeing plan that got quick results. We never felt pressured. Furthermore, as we explored our new purchase, he offered support and guidance. As we spoke with other agents when buying our new home, each agent spoke extrememly well of Wini, so he is obviously highly regarded with his colleagues.

We had a difficult house to sell, but Linda had great ideas and strategies to move forward. From the outset Linda made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions and concerns and was always available to talk to. He was extremely understanding of how difficult it was for us all during a very sad time. Wini was nothing but respectful, sympathetic and understanding. We were kept informed and updated which was not a simple task. when he was working with a house in the middle of the country, with two executors of an estate, living in Northland the other in Wellington. Fantastic experience: Agent͏ Jane Rayner Jane has been known to us for a number of years, keeping in touch with emails and in person. Jane has an infectious personality and is always good for a laugh. On this occasion, when the time felt right to place our home of 12 years in the hands of an agent, Jane was the first person to come to mind. She is a fountain of knowledge, great for seeking advice as to the best way to promote our home in today's uncertain market. Once Jane understood our position and having viewed our property before, knew it was an attractive, cared for option to potential buyers in a sort after location. She put in place a time frame of work and action to attract the best potential buyers, which resulted in our home going unconditional within 11 days of being placed on the market. This indicated to us we chose the right agent at the top of her game, hence we do not hesitate in giving Jane a 5 star rating of 'Excellence'.

Negative experience: We will NEVER EVER use Ray White again. Terrible / Nightmare experience!!!! They made our sale extremely stressful. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Negative experience: Had a not so nice experience at an open home today. It was a lifestyle property we went to look at. Clearly we were not the right "type" for the older gentleman who was in charge inside the home. Never felt so uncomfortable with how we were treated, like we weren't there. Sorry that our tattoos probably wasn't your thing, but we will not be looking for our next home with this company.
