Efficient, knowledgable, communicative, friendly, honest and fun to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone that was selling their home. I picked Gretchen from four appraisals that I had sent to me when I was on holiday in Australia. Hers was the only one that showed initiative and expressed the feelings that my home gave me when I first bought it in 2013. She took the time to take her own photos and was the first appraisal I received on the deadline given. All up it was a great experience, resulting in the sale of my property in a difficult market.
