Fantastic experience: We couldn't have been more thankful for our agent Amanda Abbot's effort, care and integrity. We always felt that Amanda was genuine, had time for us and put our family's happiness before personal gain. From what I understand she treated the seller with this high fidelity too. Fantastic experience: Ankit Patel from Ray Whites Levin was very helpful from the start when he first showed us properties. We don't live locally but he was always available to meet with us when we needed him to be. Once we found the property we wanted to purchase he went out of his way to ensure eveything happened on time. It was a complex process involving consstant liaising with the vendor, lawyers, and property managers on our behalf, as well as keeping us informed as purchasers, even though we were away overseas for much of the time between making an offer and settlement date. He certainly went "the extra mile" to ensure the sale went through unobstructed. I highly rcommend him as an honest and reliable allly who can be trusted to get the desired result for you.
