Negative experience: I would not recommend Howard & Co Realty based on our experience. This was our first time selling a home, and we relied heavily on the advice of the sales agent. We were encouraged to make various improvements to the house to make it more appealing to buyers, which we followed. We ended up spending a significant amount of money on these improvements, only to have the house sell for a lower price than we had hoped, after taking a long time to sell. The entire process was extremely stressful, and there were many issues and frustrations along the way. Unfortunately, I cannot go into every detail in a review like this. I’m genuinely happy for other sellers who have had a positive experience with this agency. Unfortunately, that was not the experience our family had.

Positive experience: We only dealt with Nicola. All our dealings were very positive, and we couldn't have asked for better. All communication was very prompt.

Fantastic experience: In a difficult market, Nicola kept us well informed and positive. She was diligent in her work, and left no stone unturned. I would recommend her to anyone selling a house.
