Fantastic experience: From the moment we met Jo Hauwaho, I could tell that she and the team at Watson Integrity Property Management genuinely care about families. Jo warmly embraced our children and noticed how happy and excited they were when we viewed the house. That meant so much to me as a mother. Jo made us feel like more than just tenants, she saw us as a family looking for a place to call home. Her kindness, understanding and family-focused approach showed us that Watson Integrity Property Management truly values the people they serve. We are very grateful for the care Jo has shown our family.
Fantastic experience: Jo Hauwaho and the team at Watson Integrity Property Management truly live up to the word “integrity.” Jo is professional, caring and genuinely a people person. She understands how to work well with both property owners and tenants, bridging the gap and ensuring that everyone feels respected and valued. I believe many people in the real estate industry could learn from Jo’s approach. It’s not just a good product that attracts customers, it’s a positive attitude, genuine care and excellent service. Fantastic experience: Robyn has been wonderful to deal with. She gets back to me straight away and is very clear about the information I needed.
Negative experience: This post only applies to the property management team in Kapiti. I have been dealing with Robyn and manager Glen for years now regarding the neighbours trees. The trees have pushed my fence over to near collapse. For 2 years I have asked for something to be done. I have to keep fighting and advocating to have the neighbours trees and roots sorted out. This company manages the neighbours house. They are also aware that I have had severe health issues including hospitalisation. But they don’t seem to care or take responsibility to find a mutual agreement. This has been going on for over 2 years now. I am appalled by the way this problem has been handled and they have NOT acted in a professional manner. All I get in a run around. No apology or nothing. They told me to get quotes months ago which I did. While I am recovering! But still no resolution. Now it’s going to court. No I do not recommend this side of the company that does property management. Glen and his team including Robyn have dropped the ball so many times. It’s caused nothing but stress and frustration. Extremely disappointed with them. I would have given a 0 for what they put me through. Now I am taking them to court. Even the builder who spoke to Robyn said she was rude about this. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
We are sorry to hear about the stress this situation has caused you, particularly given the health challenges you have been facing.
We are also sorry that you have chosen to no longer communicate with us directly, as we do have a solution that we believed would work well for both parties. We remain open to that conversation at any time. Robyn returns from annual leave next week and would be very happy to bring you up to speed on the latest developments and next steps.
Fencing and boundary disputes between neighbours are unfortunately complex, and where agreement cannot be reached between the parties involved, the best path forward is through a neutral third party. The Disputes Tribunal applies the Fencing Act to find a solution that is fair to both sides — and that process is now underway.
We want to assure you that we will continue to work with the owner of the property to find a resolution, and as you are aware, we do have quotes in place for the work. Progress is being made, even if it hasn't felt that way.
Fantastic experience: fixed my mistake
Fantastic experience: I have recently enjoyed working with Robyn at Watson Integrity. I work locally as a realestate salesperson and collaborated with Robyn on a property she had been managing in Paraparaumu. Robyn is a diligent operator and made my task so much easier. Robyn is a great communicator, which is a big advantage when dealing with professionals. Robyn is one of the greats. Thanks Robyn and I hope we can work together again soon. - Peter Ware

Fantastic experience: I have been using Robyn as my property manager for about seven years now. My wife has a rental through a contract with the Government, and after my experience with Robyn, I can’t believe how useless my wife’s property manager is. Robyn lets me know when maintenance or other things are needed in a timely fashion. This keeps my investment in top condition and also helps keep my tenants in a warm, dry, and clean environment. If my tenants get behind on rent, I don’t have to worry about chasing them as Robyn is two steps ahead of me and already taking the correct steps to resolve the discrepancy. Thanks Robyn. Seven years is a long time and I don’t feel I need to change to another agency. Why look at the rest, when you’ve got the best.
