Both properties came up for re-tenanting around Christmas time and she has worked extermely hard, looked at different stratagies and has placed tenants in both properties. Kelsi manages my property and has been excellent in her communication and management of the property. Never left a call or email unattended, I could expect a call back within 20 mins if at all a call has been missed. Kelsi has exceptionally managed the third party service providers to address any repairs or inspections. The firm has got a well-defined organizational structure and the team does their bit exceptionally well. As a customer, I have experienced the advantages of the above said in getting my house ready for rental market. Thank you Paul for taking my property onboard and assigning a wonderful team to manage. Appreciate your efforts to follow up on customer satisfaction. Fortunately I have had good experiences with my previous property management companies who managed my rental . However, I find Harcourt Reforma a front runner in the industry and expectations are exceeded. Fantastic experience: Kitty Zhang is absolutely amazing and super flexible when it comes to setting up views property outside of her usual hours. Plus, she’s always quick to respond! She always explains everything with calm and a smile.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed in service received from Harcourts Reforma Papakura. I have raised issues that completely are disregarded. However they are quite happy to take or keep extra money when it benefits them. Property manager was changed 3x during my tenancy and they only advised me of the 3rd change after I sent a complaint because I couldn't get ahold of my property manager. Response times are absolutely appalling. Taking 1-2 business days to get a response when I have responded within minutes of receiving their emails. I'm now having to cross check every email and bank transaction along with send following up emails because Jessica Peters is not doing her job correctly and ignoring important information that I have provided her with. Not impressed, not satisfied, feeling very let down.
