Positive experience: Was looking foward to settlement day as it was our first home and after hearing stories from our friends we were excited. Fantastic experience: Two out of two = equals 100% success rate! Rita has sold two properties for us in the last two years. On both occasions she has found successful buyers when we thought it would be a hard job. First time was due to an extended time on the market with an unsuccessful agent. Second most recent was with a tenanted property and an untidy tenant. Rita went the extra mile by turning up early and ensuring the home was fit for the Open Homes.
