Positive experience: Was looking foward to settlement day as it was our first home and after hearing stories from our friends we were excited. The day came and all we got was a door code by phone, didn't even see our agent. Not even a photo by a sold sign to show our accomplishment. *Thanks for getting back to me, obviously the moments been and gone. I was just disappointed, I didn't even want the flowers and champagne the neighbors got, all I wanted was that picture. I guess at the end of the day it is a transaction.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Mehran and Geraldine. When we went through the process of selecting an agent there were many things that was important to us and we wanted to ensure that any agent we picked not only worked for us but were good with prospective buyers. Fantastic experience: Two out of two = equals 100% success rate! Rita has sold two properties for us in the last two years. On both occasions she has found successful buyers when we thought it would be a hard job. First time was due to an extended time on the market with an unsuccessful agent. Second most recent was with a tenanted property and an untidy tenant. Rita went the extra mile by turning up early and ensuring the home was fit for the Open Homes. The tenant also restricted access which also made selling more difficult. Rita soon found a purchaser who came in with a very low offer and she worked with them to get the offer into our ball park for sale price.
