I may stay by myself, however im never felt lonely, as im surrounded by incredibly caring neighbors and just as the property manages to be located right on the pinnacle of St Heliers and the ever evolving community of Glen innes. The property manager ive had the fortune of coordinating with - Morgan Timperley and the other members team at Iron Bridge have maintained a consistent line of professional support and property management services. My beloved abode is nestled away not too far away from all the local hotspots while also at the same time is a sanctuary which saves us from the crowds, traffic and never ending noise that luckily doesnt end up being any of my concern when I reach my front door. No matter where ive been, Iv always looked forward to returning back to the place I call home. Whether I decide to take one of the scenic walkway/bike tracks to the supermarket or village shops or a stroll in my sandals down to any of local stunning beaches stretched out along the coastline. I know that I definitely made the right decision and my heart and I are in the right place From an early age I was taught from my Parents who both worked their entire careers in the medical field . That it's fundamental to have a foundation that's safe, warm and well looked after. Morgan Timperley is remarkable in more ways than you could imagine and goes beyond the pale to get results. Whenever ive reached out with an enquiry no matter what it may be. Iv ways been provided and treated immediately with the highest quality of assistance. Iv been incredibly grateful to have such a lovely, reliable and dependable professional on my side, taking care of the tenants as thoughtfully as she does with the business side of managing the property. Fantastic experience: We moved over our Auckland rental properties to Ironbridge on the basis of a recommendation and couldn’t be happier with the level of service, attention and care that they’ve put in. Special mention to Sue and Sacha in business development and to Donna Taylor, our excellent lettings manager. They are a fantastic advertisement for the firm, and a credit to the ethos and culture that Ironbridge bring. A huge thank you to them for their work, making the whole process better for both the landlord and the tenants. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I dont know what happened? The entry to securing the property was fast and efficient but the moment we moved in maintenance issues on our ingoing inspections were never addressed or even replied to with a plan to follow it up by email. On our end we should have pushed more but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them time. Communication was few and far between. We lived with an ant infestation and loose toilet seat amoung other things since entry and then on our 3month inspection I raised the ingoing inspection issues again (ants) and recieved no response again??. As though it were better to ignore us all together. After that we had a change of circumstance and wanted to go down the route of early exit. That was horrendous. Costly (could be up to $1000). In 8 weeks of doing everything ourselves and just waiting on approvals which took place once, unexpectedly the house changed agencies. What seemed like another blow to us was actually a God send because from day 1 of transfer I had our propspective tenant apply, the next day the agent approved her, and the following week their bond was paid and secured and the exit fee was a flat rate of $499 however they charged me only $200. Communication is so important and tenants deserve to be treated equally, if you value tenants they will want to stay longer. I was disappointed in the service we recieved and wouldnt recommend. There were many external factors such as additional maintence issues and staff on leave however after countless calls to the office and continous barage of texts and emails and requests to my managers superior I would have thought we would be prioritised but we were wrong. It became even more silent. When the transfer happened, there was no personalised message of thanks or sorry but instead a generic letter of informing the transfer. I hope that the agency can improve and take on case loads they can manage. The starter gift packs was a great start to a tenancy the follow through would have been a great end. Im sad to give this review but it was just not good property managment for the tenant, nor for the landlord.

Fantastic experience: We used Iron Bridge to manage a rental property for two years before we ended up selling, and would definitely recommend their services. Char Farrimond was our property manager and was a pleasure to deal with - we were kept well informed the whole way through and anything that we needed was only a call away. The fees were fair and we received excellent support day and night. When it came time to sell there were a few last minute hurdles but Char went over and above to make sure everything was sorted in time for settlement day!

She was an absolutely fantastic property manager who made my life an absolute breeze. Chante was very friendly, warm, incredibly responsive and collaborative. Fantastic experience: Donna Taylor started managing our rental property about 5 years ago and we are very satisfied with her. Recently our tenant vacated of their own accord, so we decided to sell and got Donna to wrap our contract with Ironbridge. The house selling market was depressed resulting in us withdrawing out house from the selling market and we decided to again rent it out. We have again selected Ironbridge and chosen Donna Taylor to again to manage our rental property.

Fantastic experience: This team has been very valuable managing our rental property for the last 3 years. It appears that they have 2 account managers assigned to the property , one for the tenant and one for the owner.. a great system. • We have had: regular visits to the property including a full report each time with pics and comments with regards suggestions and actions needed reports. • we have received good advice/ opinions offered with rragrads to the property and maintenance. • we have used the manager to attend any works that required attention who in turn has engaged with sub contractors • we have received good communications - even as we now move to sell the property. Clearly we would recommend their services to other landlords.
