Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. The property was handed over with the electricity disconnected, even though it was connected and working during the pre-settlement inspection. The disconnection appears to have happened just 1–2 days before settlement, and no one checked that the property was in the same ready and working condition before handover. This caused significant inconvenience, wasted time over the weekend trying to arrange reconnection, and unexpected after-hours costs just to access the meter and restore power. When I raised the issue, there was no accountability or practical support offered — only sympathy. I would have expected better communication, checks, and overall care during the handover of a property.

Negative experience: Called them to request a viewing for an apartment listed on Trade Me. The agent was very rude and immediately started interrogating me about my financials. I told him what he needed to know but he kept pushing and asking about my job, how much I make and how soon can I sign a contract. I told him we can discuss all that after I've seen the apartment and if I like it. He said it's a waste of his time. I haven't even seen the place yet and he was talking about contracts. Delusional fellow. Train your staff better.

From the first viewing, Sid listened and encouraged open and honest feedback about what we liked and didn't like about each property.
