Negative experience: As a buyer, realtor Morgan Tunstall was deceptive, which left us with an overall negative experience. There were concerns about the property we discussed with her and we were assured they’d be fixed, but just a few days before settlement, she had ‘no recollection’ of the discussion which left us with no choice but to make the repairs ourselves once moved in. Just a shame that your agents don’t work in the best interests of both parties.

She has great knowledge of the real estate market, and I really appreciated the consistent communication via phone and email throughout every stage of the selling process.

Negative experience: Would NEVER use any of Harcourts services again, we moved into a property in 2023 which had overgrown lawns, carpet stains and a dishwasher which shelves has corroded away on the inside, the entry report shows the above mentioned although we did not sign it as the house had more flaws when we moved in. We moved out more than 3 weeks ago. Cleaned the place to a much better state we found it in, washed all the carpets etc. They bullied us into losing $546 of our bond(still not received to date) for washing carpets and a cleaning fee. They even tried to lie about an additional TV remote and I had to through 999 of their photos to show them there was only one to start with. Photo attached of tiny flower about 1cm in window sill from them, no they did not remove it they booked a "harcourts cleaner" to professionally remove it. And yes that's their precise mentality or well have been in our case.
