Fantastic experience: Angie͏ Pringle made the magic happen despite difficult conditions - Angie got my house sold in under 3 months despite very difficult selling conditions - Xmas period impeding things, a downturn in the housing market, interest rate rises and "recession" on the horizon. In addition, she dealt extremely professionally with the entire process which was made more difficult with a relationship breakdown and having to deal with two often disagreeing parties. I could not have asked for a better agent.

Negative experience: What a shambles of an organization. My first time trying to rent absolutely no help I gave up. Say to email about the property and then they will arrange viewing. I got the email 2 days after viewing had occurred. Rubbish. Not one of the agents answered the phone.

Fantastic experience: Lovely ladies easy to get on with but you cross them then be on guard.

Negative experience: Just so disappointed to have no one at all have a moment to communicate back to me after sending an email, leaving a voicemail and ringing through to the office to get no where with the Whangarei rentals team. Poor communication guys :(

Negative experience: From what I understand eves is normally pretty good. We had a negative experience. My advice is to triple check the lease and make sure the property manager talks you through the lease. We were told we would be on a periodic lease and then they put us on a one year fixed lease and I didn’t noticed when I signed up. Thankfully we had a kind landlord who let us break the lease!
