Fantastic experience: Great photos when inspected property. I live a long way away so I know exactly what my property looks like and its condition.

Fantastic experience: Both Bryce and Dom made me feel not like just a number, but engaged with me in a relaxing atmosphere. They were open and honest during the process, and always answered my questions promptly via email. I liked the fact that they leave a card after inspection as I then know that they were at the property. Leaving a small packet of M&Ms was also a nice touch. Leaving a card to say they appreciated me looking so well after the property motivated me to continue doing so. They are approachable making it easy for me to reach out.

Fantastic experience: Great Property Managers. Arranging for wet wash of unit, which removed mold and dirt and spruced the roadside look to a clean and tidy looking unit which we were very pleased with

Positive experience: Brogan has been really commited to the smooth running of my properties in various ways such as finding suitable tenants. Noticing small items that require attention,e.g., a dripping guttering thus doing preventative maintanance. Brogan ensures the properties are presentable both inside and out which also makes the properties grounds well presented for the surrounding home owners. She is freindly and easy to work with. She has an advanced understanding of property management. I find her comments on things in general very useful. John b

Negative experience: Harcourts Just Rentals Whangarei, if I could give zero stars, I would. As a property owner, it was a nightmare from day one. Despite us paying for their service, it felt like they did everything to avoid working for us. Lazy property managers, they pushed back on every request, neglected the property, lost paperwork, couldn’t manage invoicing. They didn’t even know our tenant terms. The feeling we got from Just Rentals Whangarei is they just dont care! This is a warning: avoid them at all costs!!! Worst property management service experience ever!

Negative experience: Harcourts Just Rentals placed 'neighbours from hell' as tenants in the house beside mine on Kiripaka Road 2017-2019. A year of police, parties, fights, broken bottles and constant blasting noise morning and night followed. Harcourts Just Rentals wouldn't move the tenants until I'd collected months of noise complaints and evidence of police visits. They never apologised or rectified it. Awful, awful. Avoid.

Negative experience: Rented a property through them which was illegal for 7 years I rented and the council kicked me out never got one cent back for illegally renting they ripped me off and the owner

Negative experience: Horrible rental management company. The property managers are bully. The company looks for vulnerable people to use and abuse. Proudly a tenant of Harcourts Just Rentals Whangarei.

Negative experience: Bought my first house through Robyn Watson she didn't do her job properly what so ever vendors where still moving out of my house the day of settlement never got to do a proper inspection as they where still moving out. Big thanks to Jo Green at least she helped pay for some of the rubbish to get removed from the property. Very disappointed will not be recommending Harcourts to sell ever to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have had my rental properties with Harcourts Just Rentals for over 12 years and can say, their team have proved themselves as true Real-estate professionals through some of the toughest market conditions experienced. Their fast and effective response to ensure any issues (operational or compliance) are resolved quickly and without fuss are much appreciated. My sincere thanks to Ryan and team. Fantastic experience: Excellent

Negative experience: I had my worst renting experience with Harcourts Rentals. The home I rented had consistent issues that didn't get sorted, and if the issues were fixed it was because of my ongoing prompts. Their communication was inconsistent and extremely bias to the home owner. I left the house 100% better than how I found it however they found ways to take every cent of my bond. I didn't have the energy to dispute this and was in a state of shock (NEVER have I not received my bond back). I didn't miss a beat with rent payments and looked after the house as if it was my own - however that clearly meant nothing. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THEM.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW. What an exceptional team. They went ALL the extra miles for us when selling and then even more miles when we were buying again and trust me, we put them through the ringer. Shontelle is an absolute power house. So fast, so efficient an overall machine. The whole process for US at least was so easy and as stress free as could be. Mason joined in part way through our journey and what a fantastic addition he has made. This is the team you want to sell with!

Negative experience: Tried to contact letting agent re problems with one of her tennant's (I own the adjoining flat ) receptionist polite and tried to be helpful but letting agent repeatedly refused to return my calls ...have had to try to resolve the problem myself...my daughters and I would NEVER use them to manage our rentals ...50 years as a landlord have taught me to consider the rights of long term neighbours ..obviously not her policy to do so

Negative experience: unfortunately had to deal with Helen Frederickson, was only made aware of a viewing cancellation half an hour before the viewing, she hung up on us multiple times while we were attempting to confirm the viewing cancellation/find out why, really unprofessional and rude. one star. Also did not pick up the phone when I tried to call later on. three angry emojis for her

Negative experience: I have recently sold a house with Harcourts. The agent brought an amended agreement back to us and did not disclose the change in the agreement. BE AWARE. I rechecked document and changed the amendment back to what we wanted. I also told the Harcourts agent and the rental team that I needed a rental. Once they had their commission they did not want to assist in any way. So we have now bought a home privately and this has been a much better experience.

Negative experience: Worst agency ever!
