I hope they understand that in order for a house to sell providing assurance is a critical component and being flexible to working with people and explaining why helps diffuse any misunderstandings. Whenever they wanted something communication was high. However when i had a question for flexibilty. I was ignored. Hence the reflection of my review rating.
