Property Brokers Napier

Fantastic experience: As first-home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience with Waggs and Mandy from Property Brokers. From the moment we made our offer, Waggs took us seriously and treated us with respect. He explained every step of the process in detail, making sure we understood what was happening and what to expect. As complete newbies, that guidance gave us so much confidence. Waggs was honest, friendly, realistic, and transparent throughout the entire journey. There were no surprises, and we always felt informed and supported. From day one, Cathy went above and beyond, putting in countless hours, handling every detail with care, and working tirelessly to ensure the best outcome for us. Fantastic experience: Waggs and Mandy were an absolute joy to work with. They didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them with charm, care, and a good laugh when we needed it most. Highly recommended! Kim and Cola

Negative experience: I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the tenants currently residing at the property next door to mine (I live at 84 Shakespeare Road, my husband is the owner). The house, managed by Property Brokers, has reportedly been rented to an individual with known Outlaws gang affiliations. We are experiencing ongoing issues, including frequent swearing, verbal abuse, and threatening behaviour. Earlier today, the tenants directed abusive language at me in the presence of the police. Despite repeated attempts to engage with Property Brokers about this matter, they have been unresponsive and dismissive of our concerns. The situation is becoming increasingly distressing for my household and the wider neighbourhood. I urge you to take this matter seriously and assist in finding a resolution to ensure the safety and well-being of residents in the area

Fantastic experience: Selling your parents' house is never easy, dealing with Ronnie made it easy. From the appraisal to sitting down with me and discussing how we would market the property. He was easy to talk to and he was very honest and straight up (which I like) and what he told me is pretty much exactly what happened The property was on the market for 1 week, we had multiple offers, and we settled. Ronnie and his team were amazing, there was always communication there, the whole process from start to finish was great and quick, exactly what I was looking for... Would I change anything? no Would I recommend Ronnie and his team... most defiantly. Selling a property is never easy but... if you get the right agent, it does make a lot of difference, I'm glad I chose to go with Ronnie Turner, Property Brokers, Napier

Fantastic experience: We couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant than Ronnie. He took us all the way through the process with patience, good and accurate advice on the various options for selling and the present market and made what could be a very stressful time as simple and easy as possible for us. He is a pleasure to deal with and if we find ourselves in the position to sell again we will most definitely use him.

With Waggs and Mandy, you're definitely in good hands

Fantastic experience: Ronnie and his team were exceptional. He knew it was a stressful time for us as first home buyers and was kind and courteous throughout. He's such a laugh which made dealing with Ronnie that much easier and was really approachable. Fantastic experience: Jayme Tabernacle @ Property Brokers, Napier has been managing my investment property in Pirimai, Napier since Dec2016. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Jayme. She has guided us through the process of keeping our property compliant to the standards as required under the NZ Rental laws. Her liaising with my tenants & communicating between us has been remarkable. No issues have ever been delayed & we are glad to see a happy family rent our home. It was through Property Brokers that we purchased our investment property in Napier & the way in which the process was followed to ensure smooth transactions convinced me to deal with them to manage my property too.
