Fantastic experience: I contacted Quinovic about a property that they’d just found tenants for. Instead of saying sorry & hanging up Catherine took the time to ask what my requirements were. Fantastic experience: We cannot recommend Catherine and her Team highly enough. We were lucky enough to secure our first rental in Napier after moving back from Australia through CatherinecQuinovic Napier. Catherine found us the perfect stepping stone back into the rental market. Unfortunately, the owners needed to sell and the move was on. Catherine worked for us in finding our newhome. Catherine took into account all our needs and wants to secure us the perfect home. Unfortunately again, the owners decided to sell and Quinovic, being so popular and brilliant at their job, had nothing at the time that was suitable for our family. We had to go with another Management company, but thanks to Catherine sending out an SOS to other agents (which she didn't have to do), we secured what we hope is our forever home for now. We really miss Catherine and the Team at Quinovic. Always professional, but friendly and will always work for and with you, not against you. Prompt service always. We highly recommend Quinovic Napier for all Tenants and Landlords ! Thanks for a great 3 years with us Team. We miss you !
