With Josh's advice the property was presented very well with the house sold untenanted and several areas repainted and overall the property looked smart. A 52 day average sale time was reduced to around 42 because of presentation. Definitely recommend staging a house and using Josh and Ledgers to sell your property.

Negative experience: I know the market has changed, but I found most of team ledger to be lazy and sloppy with how they handled the sale of my property. They did not live up to what they promised, and they did not seem to be working very hard. In the end it was my own legwork that got the property sold, not them. Why did I bother again?

Positive experience: Very enthusiastic! Mike, although working for the Vendor, was very helpful and approachable from the outset. He went above and beyond to get the sale/purchase over the line, more so than I have ever experienced with any other Agent I have dealt with which was great. We as proposed Purchasers always knew where we stood as Mike kept us in the loop throughout and would do his best to try and help resolve any issues we had and there were a few. If we decide to sell in the future, we will be calling Mike!
