She is really responsive and has done a good job selecting respectful tenants, noting we haven't been through a tenant change over as yet. Fantastic experience: Sash Needham at Iron Bridge has been a very helpful property manager. She has relayed messages to the tenant when required. She has organized the inspection of the apartment and sent us photos and comments about the apartment. Sash has organized appropriate tradies to carry our many tasks. An electrician to fix a fuse problem and repair the stove, a carpet layer to lay new lounge carpet, a stone mason to repair concrete and someone to tidy paintwork. All these tasks were completed promptly with a friendly efficient attitude. As we live a considerable distance away, we have thoroughly appreciated her help!

This has meant that Sash has looked after all the insurance negotiations and repairs which are extensive involving asbestos contamination too.
