Fantastic experience: Lee-Anne was very easy to deal with. During the Christmas break, she was open to show us homes, with short notice. The first home wasn't fit for us, but the second one she suggested, ticked many boxes. Once the offer became unconditional, she and her colleague Polly allowed us in a few times, which was greatly appreciated, and our wallet has benefited largely. We were able to plan efficiently some renovations before moving in.

Fantastic experience: Sold in a falling market. We had to sell Mum's house as she needed to go into care. The market was falling and there was not a great deal of activity. However, the property was staged really well, and the team marketed it and ran the open homes superbly and achieved a great sale price within a relatively short period of time. During the process they communicated with us very well, so we knew where we were at all times. They were also very calm and reassuring during the whole process. We had dealt with them before and they were the only agents we considered, and we are more than happy with the entire process. If we need to sell again, we would only deal with these wonderful people!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful͏ experience It͏ was an awesome experience and Anne Rigden, from team ledger was my agent, who was always approachable and really helpful for us, especially in the case of first home buyer like me with lots of doubts. She is a wonderful person with good humor sense which helps us to ease the stressful situation in the process of buying our dream home and I really recommend her as real estate agent for buying your dream home.

Negative experience: Not impressed with their 'develpments' around Heretaunga either. Estate agents should stick to selling houses, not building them.
