Aileen communicates clearly and effectively with addressing any concerns she has in a professional manner, ensuring a positive rental experience.  Oxygen Property Management addresses any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently and Aileen is excellent at getting the ball rolling with any issues we raise with her, so that we can continue living in a well-maintained property. So far we are going on 2 years with zero issues.

Negative experience: Sadly Oxygen has been a let down. From illegally omitting important information such as the tenants having pets in the property inspection report , to allowing tenants to leave dog faeces around the outside of the property with no repercussions. In addition to the neighbours complaining about the tenants partying …This is the scope of what Oxygen allows. Though, the latter was remedied after we discussed this with the tenancy tribunaI who said we had a strong case against them. I would not recommend their services for landlords. It looks like the next step might be the small claims court as what the tribunal has suggested.

Fantastic experience: Hi My name is Janet Wheeler, I became Oxygen's tenant 6 months ago, I speak very highly of Maria Aiulu as my property manager, when I was having issues with the heat pump plus the HRV Maria is very helpful, understanding plus very friendly, I find that Maria is easy to talk to about what problems I was then having, I personally feel that I get on well with Maria as my property manager. Thank You Maria for being my property manager, plus It gives me total pleasure to be a tenant of Oxygen, My thank you I pass on to you as well for an warm awesome flat that I can call home and feel safe plus very much enjoy being at this lovely flat. Negative experience: Doesn't do anything about their tenants throwing bags of used diapers over the fence to neighbours properties.

Negative experience: I don’t even want to provide 1 star as that’s being too generous. There is no point in using Oxygen as your property managers. They add no value for the money they collect. The inspections they do are very sub-standard, they did not even check the windows for cleaning and mould. Yet you are charged extra for each inspection they do and its a two second inspection where they are not really looking through the house properly. Stains left on carpets are not brought to your attention and they just see this as general wear and tear, even larger stains. I wouldn’t trust them to properly manage your home or asset. They are not worth the money you pay.

Fantastic experience: Since my first contact with Oxygen in Upper Hutt I have found them to be fair and understanding with any difficulties I might have had with renting a property through them. They have been easy to communicate with. I have to add what a pleasure it hs been to deal wih Karen Stevens-Bevan and I sincerely say " Best wishes Karen "

Negative experience: OK but please don't abuse your tenants by ranting over normal where and tear two off my property managers have done this the house I had never felt like my one for the time I was there.

Negative experience: Terrible agency. I went to view a property and waited for 20 minutes and realized nobody turned up. No phone number to contact or email that responded... even visited their store to check and did not get any help. Very bad property management company. On another occassion they sent out request for reference to all and then sent out regret mail. Wasted half a dozen people's time. Terrible! Jenny Burns and Lousie Head are the agents to avoid to have good experience and peace of mind. Alternatively, Brendon Morrison is an awesome agent to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I have been property managed by Oxygen for about 4 years now, and I have always found them to be excellent people to deal with. My property manager, Julie, carries out her checks, regular as clockwork, just to ensure that I'm not running a P Lab, or trashing the property. And, at the same time, any problems I have had, i.e. stove element not working, or leaking tap, etc, have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. If you are either a property owner, or a would be tenant, I would without any hesitation, highly recommend Oxygen!! Paul Armstrong
