Fantastic experience: Brendon and Kath were good people to deal with. They went the extra mile to keep all the parties involved in the sale updated.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. This was our first time selling and we really felt at ease with Tamsin. Her local knowledge, professionalism and sensible approach really helped guide us through the process. Tamsin was always available and kept us up to date right through the campaign. Highly recommend, thanks Tamsin.

Fantastic experience: Read our minds, proactive, approachable and hard working! Tamsin is a rare agent find. She is knowledgeable, proactive, approachable and best of all highly trustworthy. We needed to sell our place during a stressful period in our lives and she took care of everything we needed, often before we even asked her to. Thanks so much Tamsin, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Service in a Challenging Market. Working with Elman to sell our house was a great experience. He knows his business inside and out. Elman went above and beyond. Before we even listed, he gave us valuable input on our renovation project. That guidance made a real difference to the final result. Elman knows the market well, and even with significant market movement, he guided us through it with honesty and respect at every step. The result felt like a win for everyone involved. We are delighted the house is sold, and we trusted Elman's expertise from start to finish. We would recommend him to anyone looking to sell. Meng Director 918 Property Solutions

Fantastic experience: The test of a real-estate agent is how they perform when things are difficult, and my property was listed in a very tough market. I always found Elman to be a straight-shooter - not telling me what I wanted to hear, nor putting pressure on. Instead, he would present me with the facts (comparable listings, comparable sales) and provide helpful guidance every step of the way. He was always easy to reach and answered all my questions. Thanks Elman for getting the deal done!

Fantastic experience: Elman is an absolute pleasure to deal with. You can tell straight away that he genuinely cares about doing things the right way and looking after people properly. He’s honest, professional, hardworking, and brings a really high level of integrity to everything he does. What also stands out is the way he treats his team and staff - there’s clearly a strong culture behind the business, and I think that’s a big part of why they’re doing so well. It’s refreshing to come across someone in real estate who is so down-to-earth, trustworthy, and committed to delivering a great experience. Would happily recommend Elman to anyone looking for a real estate agent they can genuinely rely on.

Fantastic experience: Helpful agency for selling a property.

Fantastic experience: Great agent. Elman is a great person for making people at ease and is a clear communicator. His knowledge of his work and the market is excellent. I had full confidence in him to do the best for me. An excellent agent. Very glad Elman was with me through my journey.

Fantastic experience: Elman was absolutely incredible to work with. No question or request went unanswered (believe me, there were many - sorry Elman!), and he responded so quickly, which made the experience of buying our first home way less stressful. He conducted himself in such a way that we truly felt he had the best interest of both the vendor and us (the buyer) at heart. I can imagine that is such a hard balance to get right as an agent. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing, and Elman talked us through the process with endless patience. Would highly recommend anyone wishing to sell or buy their homes to go through Elman, and we can't thank him enough. He helped us into our (hopefully) forever home, but if we ever have to sell in the future he'll be our first call!

Fantastic experience: Above and beyond . Mark is an affable honest very hard working agent We could not believe it when we found out he had taken it on himself to mow the lawn so that it was at its best before an open home Mark and his wife Doreen also did the final clean and staging which was really excellent and allowed Buyers to more easily imagine how it could be Mark is the best real estate agent we have ever used and we have no Hesitation in recommending him to any future seller or buyer

Fantastic experience: A clear and comforting approach made the whole process easy. We found Mark to be helpful in all aspects of purchasing and selling our first home. He goes above and beyond to help wherever he can and gives sound advice to help the sale/purchace process. Highly recommend Mark.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. Mark is great to deal with. He is very honest and reliable and happy to help if he can. Without his support the whole process of selling my house in Upper Hutt would have been much more stressful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service. Having bought and sold with Brendon I find him friendly, knowledgeable , and easy to deal with highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Easy Process from Overseas. We chose Tamsin upon recomendation from a friend, but also knew her in the local community from living there for many years and seeing her pop up on numerous sales of houses. We contacted her to see what she could offer. Our main point was that we are living overseas, and needed to arrange the sale of our house from there. Tamsin made it easy, straight-forward and hassle free. The process was smooth and transparent. She was consistent with marketing, open homes and communication. She stood by our side in what our needs and preferences were. In the end she was able to help us settle with the sale price which we were after. I would recommend Tamsin any day, she made the process smooth and we were able to achieve our goal.

Fantastic experience: Sensational team. Working with Brendon, and Team Heenan, made the process of selling our home a relaxed, seamless and very professional process. As 1st Home Sellers of a property, and a rural property, Brendon guided us well through the procedures, took time to explain uncertainties and took pride in being in charge of selling our beloved home and property. Wed like to thank Brendon and Kath for your professionalism and enthusiasm through this process. Would highly recommend Team Heenan with the sale of your home.

He was informative and friendly throughout the entire process which led to a sale in a 4 - 5 week period. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real-estate.

Fantastic experience: Amazing support and communication. From the time we first looked at this property to going unconditional, Tamsin has been amazing. Always keeping us up to date with where things were at. It wasn't a straightforward purchase either, and being our first home we were novicees, but each step of the way she helped us as the buyers too.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service. From the first conversation to the selling of our home, working with Ellman and Naomi was an outstanding experience. Not only is he knowledgeable and experienced, but Elman is also empathetic and kind, making him a real pleasure to work with. We highly recommend working with Elman and One Agency!

Fantastic experience: Our house sale was a tough one but Elman was great in making it happen! Our house, despite being a fairly recently built house (less than 10 years) it took a long time to sell. Elman and the OneAgency team was great in understanding the challenge, what to do, how to market the house to better position it in the difficult NZ real estate market. He was very open to hear our suggestions too and he was proactive in changing the marketing to make the house stand out of the rest. The options for marketing the house were very flexible and easy and make it everything super easy. Highly recommended!!!!

Fantastic experience: A Knowledgeable, Conscientious, and Connected Agent. It really felt like Tamsin was there with us every day, all the way through the sale process. She kept thoroughly in touch, through phone, email, text, and in person. Her fantastic reports on where we were in the market, what the market was doing around our sale, and interests and concerns of potential buyers, were instrumental in getting us to a good sale at the best price the market would offer. Tamsin's pre-market report helped us set a good price and strategy, which was ultimately successful. Her handling of the marketing was painless for us, and we would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic!!!! Tamsin Davidson was a pleasure to work with. Honestly made the process so easy. We were first-home buyers and Tamsin explained everything to us in a very kind way, that was informative but also did not make us feel like idiots. She was also super speedy at responding, providing information, and transparent. We had made another offer on another house (that we did not get prior to our sale with Tamsin), and after dealing with the other realestate agent were not looking forward to going through the process again, but we LOVED working with Tamsin! Couldn't recommend more.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Service . Elman was so helpful and patient as we navigated through buying our first home. He made the whole process really smooth and hassle free. We couldn't have hoped for a better agent! We highly recommend Elman :)

Fantastic experience: Tamsin was amazing with personable, honest, and engaging communication. Selling in a challenging market was daunting, but Tamsin was always confident, positive and went beyond my expectations of a real estate agent. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent work with Mark . It was a delight to work with Mark. From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive, addressing all my questions about the home-buying process. He offered valuable information about the market and the area. Additionally, he was quick and efficient, keeping me updated at every stage. Thank you so much, Mark! I will certainly connect with you again if we decide to purchase another home.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and very happy first home buyers! From the conversation on the phone till the first meeting with Vicky was exactly what we had in mind how it should go. With first home buyers in New Zealand it was stressful just to be on time for all the open homes on a weekend what we’ve listed out for our potential home. And then you ask a bunch of questions about the property then the agent have to find out and get back to you and the forget and then you just give up on the property. We arranged with Vicky during the week to view the property and fell in love with the home. She made us feel like this is your house and answered all our questions with a straight answers. She knew the property by hand and that made us so much at ease. She listens to our ideas and was excited to see our next move. We viewed and decided this is our home. She helped us with the negotiation with the owners and she could see us living in this house. Vicky is very professional and will go the extra mile for her clients. We are happy for her to have a break, we can’t wait for her to come and see our small but effective changes in our beautiful home. Thank you Vicky.

Positive experience: Can do attitude . Mark has been amazing. Right from the get go, he came in with a can do attitude. Mark was fantastic and mucked in with things like water blasting the deck and then staining it through to the wonderful staging of my home to help get it market ready. Mark makes what can be a daunting experience for a first time seller, easy and carefree with his honesty, genuineness and sense of humor.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Tamsin highly enough: she made the whole process of selling my house so much easier. Her knowledge of the market and area, her communication, and her obvious care for making things as positive as possible for us were more than I could ever have asked for. Fantastic experience: Easily exceeded our expectations. Very professional, timely communication and super helpful. We presented a difficult job to Tamsin with us leaving the country just as our property was listed. Prior to listing she was extremely helpful and accommodating with us very busy prior to departing for overseas. Her communication throughout the process was superb with timely and regular updates as well as helpful comments and reminders. She went out of her way to help with a number of issues that we couldn't attend to with being overseas, showing patience and understanding and worked around the weird times we were available. Tamsin was flexible and available to message or discuss matters as we needed to. She has a wide range and up to date knowledge on the local property market, keeping up with the evolving drivers of supply and demand. This changed a lot over our listing time reflecting the unusual times with interest rates, recent change of government, tax changes for investors, workforce layoffs and the country in recession. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tamsin to any people wanting to sell property.

Fantastic experience: Best agent - fantastic result. As an older, single woman selling in Wellington and moving to Napier, I needed all the help I could get - and John was the perfect person to provide that help. He was recommended to me by my son (they are both Lyall Bay surfers) as a really good guy who I would be able to trust and rely on - and I was certainly not disappointed. John went the extra mile and then some to make the selling process as easy and stress free as possible, and to say that I was delighted with the result is an understatement.
