Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic relationship with you over the past seven years. Nothing was ever a problem and everything was handled swiftly and smoothly.

Positive experience: We purchased the property we had been renting from Villa Property Management over a week ago and are still waiting for our bond refund form to be lodged with Tenancy Services. We've chased up on this twice now and it is still not lodged. Of course we need the money (over 3K)...very, very disappointed in this result. A great outcome in the end. Villa couldn't have done more to get this sorted for us and we ended up getting it about a week later.

Fantastic experience: Villa Property Management has made our moving experience so seamless and easy. We had Madeleine, who is so lovely and quick to respond on any issues we had during our tenancy. Will definitely be looking out for Villa when we do our next move!!

Fantastic experience: Charmine from Villa Property Management has been our rental property manager for the past three years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is professional, hardworking, honest, and always a pleasure to deal with. Charmine looked after our property with great care, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. We’ve now moved back into our home due to a change in circumstances, but if we ever decide to rent it out again, we wouldn’t hesitate to have Charmine manage it for us. She’s simply amazing and highly recommended!

Negative experience: Only giving one star because I can't give 0. They may give good service to the landlords but they don't seem to care about tenants with OTT requirements for inspections and poor communication regarding expectations

Negative experience: Attended a rental viewing and noticed and pointed out some mould on the wall and window, so I asked about the ventilation. Unfortunately, the agent didn’t seem very concerned and just said, “It is what it is – that’s up to the tenant.” A bit disappointing.

Fantastic experience: We have dealt with Charmaine for many years - she gives us peace of mind. She is exceptionally professional and looks after our property always ensuring it's kept to high standards. Very impressed with her informative Inspection Reports with lots of photos. Should an issue arise we're notified quickly and it is dealt with either by us or Charmaine is happy to engage contractors on our behalf. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience we had at Villa Property Management in general, and Charmaine Jones in particular. Starting from the day I got the lease, Charmaine was always guiding me as to how to about everything. Throughout our tenancy, I was never worried about the property inspections. Communication was awesome, she was always on top of the things, and always so much cooperative. When I was due to vacate, she negotiated an extension of 2 weeks from the owners just so I could prepare and do well on my PhD Oral coinciding around the vacation date. I can assure she have set a very high precedence for others whom I would have to deal with. I would love to have her back as my property manager; until then, Good Luck for your future and keep it up. Negative experience: I know a friend of mine stays in a house in Tawa that has had nothing done to it and THESE guys continue to increase the rent by $20 every 6 months WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION. TWO WORDS ABOUT THIS OUTFIT RIP OFF!

Fantastic experience: I have been a tnt with villa properties since 2016. As a landlord, villa properties has always been good to me. I have had two property managers who have been really great in their roles. My current property manager (charmaine) she is amazing. She is always on point when I need her. I love that she makes herself available when I have concerns, she is so approachable and her overall aura is so welcoming, she is so easy to talk too. Charmain uses clear instructions/communications pre and post housing inspections if needs be. Charmaine has always cared about our flats, the warmth, the condition and the safety of them. My experience with villa has been so simple and easy, even when I have experienced hardship, villa was understanding and we worked on solutions rather then the setback. Fantastic experience: I have been renting a property with Villa Property for 27 months now, this is the 1st rental I have had in NZ and it has been nothing but awesome for my family and I. Our property manager Charmaine is in regular contact with us, we are notified well in advance for our house inspections, and any issues re: maintenance are dealt with in a timely manner. I have had the pleasure of meeting the home owner as well who was very welcoming. I have a good relationship with my property manager, she is amazing! The hard work that goes on within this real estate company doesn't go unnoticed - I would highly recommend Villa Property Management to anybody looking to rent or buy.

Fantastic experience: We have been renting from Villa Property Management for about 8 years now. We are always well looked after. Very friendly staff en helpfull. Maintenance needed gets done quickly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Since 2014, I have been a tenant in three different properties managed by Villa Property Management. Madeleine and her team have always been friendly and helpful and if they are busy and can't be contacted straight away, I hear back within 24hrs. The properties I have been a tenant of have always been kept in good condition and any regular maintenance or repairs is always carried out as required/quickly.

Fantastic experience: We rented from Villa Properties for almost 2 years and they were always absolutely great. Quick and easy to deal with and rapid response time. They looked after us like we looked after the property. They were kind and caring and always considered. Sad to loose villa properties as our property managers but unfortunately I can't make them the property managers to every property we end up renting. They care and look after their tenants just as they care and look after the properties they rent out. If we ever end up having to rent out a place we own we will certainly make villa properties our property Managers as I know they will look for tenants that will look after our place like we would. Special thanks to Madeleine for being absolutely awesome.

Negative experience: Poor service, basic questions unanswered, not customer focussed, rude!

Negative experience: Rang in the office like 3 time no one answered. So take the trip to the centre to their office,upon arriving receiption unattended. What do i see 'Ring the bell if reception unattended,someone will get back to you'. So that what i did,rang the bloody bell 5 times waiting half an hour no one attend. Very dissapointed

Negative experience: Trying to contact them, all the contact numbers listed on their website are either switched off, or purposely left unanswered. Unorganized, and late to house viewing. Asking questions about the house and the girl apologies as she cant answer any basic questions such as "is there a washing line" and how many bedrooms are upstairs. She tells me because "this is the first time ive seen the house" she says. How ridiculous is that.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional people. Very disappointed with their service. No one knows what they are doing and all seems to be confused. Today I just spoke to their receptionist at Porirua and in the background I could hear her asking how to answer the phone. I could hear her kept on asking her colleague and then she hung up. After few seconds when I rung again she was so rude to answer the phone and couldn't answer the inquiry due to her ego. Not helpful at all. They've also sent us a bill stating outstanding rent which did not make sense as we have set up automatic payments that goes every week. Upon asking them for the invoice list, they've shown some missed payments which I tallied with my bank statement and it shows that the payments has been made on those dates. Very poor management, very incompetent and inefficient staff. Been asking them for some little maintenance for last few years which they couldn't get approval for until now. Staff needs better training and needs to be professional in this business.
