Fantastic experience: Adam was fantastic to deal with throughout the purchase of my first home. Whilst we had a few clauses to work through and encountered some unexpected bumps along the way, Adam always had time to answer questions, kept me updated, and was transparent about where things stood. Adam stayed on top of every detail, worked closely with the vendor, tradespeople, and council to keep things moving, and genuinely cared about getting the right outcome, and seeing the sale through from start to finish. Even though he was representing the vendor, I always found Adam to be fair, and professional. During negotiations, he made sure I understood my options, encouraged me to seek legal advice when needed, and never applied pressure or made any unrealistic promises. Buying your first home can be stressful at the best of times, and this certainly wasn't the simplest transaction, but Adam's knowledge, integrity, patience, and communication made a huge difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

He was professional and easy to work with so when we decided to sell I knew who to ask to sell our property. He understood I didn't want to spend much on marketing, but we got the basics done and this was all we need for him to get us the buyers very quickly with minimal open homes. We appreciated his understanding of the market and the easy going nature of the way he presented and work with us via text etc which worked for us. Fantastic experience: every experience we had with adam was amazing. he was open and honest, . the best thing we done on our home buying experience was view one of adams open homes. nothing was ever a problem, no question went unanswered, nothing was ever a "silly" question. the house we purchased was the 1 house we didnt want to view, but as soon as we stepped inside i fell in love with it. Adam made the offer phase easy and when we went into multi offer and i broke down he was very reassuring, gentle and explained the process in depth. Adam organised with vendor for us to have access to out the back to fence for our dogs prior to settlement which was a massive help. Adam worked well with our lawyer and kept us informed through every step. Should we ever sell or buy another property we would have no hesitation to use Adam and highly recommend adam for future sales. I wouldnt say buying a home is easy but he made something stressful fun. since purchasing home we have done huge renovations and cant wait for adam to view.
