Negative experience: Tried to view a property and said that my only days off were a Tuesday and friday, they ignored that inquiry for a month, so i tried again but it was still ignored. Proceeded to call nik, he was completely rude to me especially when my partner and i went into the building a couple weeks ago to try and see what was going on with viewing, he stared at us and said “what do you want?” And basically kicked us out. Overall he was very rude.

Negative experience: Got up to a rude property manger, didn’t even what to hear what the faults are.

Fantastic experience: I give a 5 star rating because our initial property manager Paula Hix went above and beyond when she took on our property to manage, with me living in Australia I knew I had no worries. We have had a rocky change over of managers but I'm hoping it smooths out as we will be expanding our investment and I need to be confident in our manager caring for my investment

Negative experience: I have had an extremely disappointing experience with my property manager, Janette Overend. She is never available to take my calls, never returns my messages, and has made no effort to update me on the status of my property. My land has been sitting idle for two years, and all I receive are “0 balance” statements each month. There has been no genuine attempt to find a tenant or lease opportunity. Even when I tried to escalate the matter through Inspire Office, the response was cold and unhelpful. Overall, the service has been unprofessional and hopeless, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management.

Fantastic experience: I am an Australian, I purchased a lovely house overlooking the harbour at Bluff in Southland, Its truly wonderful spot, Due to family issues we could not move at this time so I rented the property through another local company. This has proven disastrous. Finding Tracy from Inspire Property Management. She had the very difficult task of fixing a lot of problems and orgainising a lot of repairs and finishing the eviction of the current tenants. This she has done in a very competent and skillful manner/ I cannot praise Tracy and the Inspire team enough. Anyone looking for a good, competent manager to look after such a big investment I urge you to consider Inspire and move your business to a business that will look after your house as if it their own home. Fair to tenants but looks after the interests of the owner with getting competent trades at charge reasonable fees. I now feel very secure knowing our home is in the best possible hands

Fantastic experience: This review is well overdue, however it was well earned at the time so still applies to this day. Tracy and the team in Invercargill were beyond excellent in the 6 years of my dealings with them. The beginning of the relationship started strong, where Inspire was the ONLY property manager out of 3 that actually responded promptly to my initial request to meet. To assisting in picking the right tenant from the start (100% occupied by the same tenant). Then dealing with problematic neighbour disputes and keeping the property tidy. I can't rate Inspire (and Tracy) any higher than a 5 star: I would if I could though. Highly recommended. Your property is in good hands with the team at Inspire Invercargill.

Fantastic experience: Earlier on in the year I secured a rental property through Tracy, and let’s just say she is literally the best property manager I have ever come across. Tracy really made our rental hunting so smooth. As a young family she gave us the opportunity to live in an amazing rental property in which we have just moved from, she really made our renting experience an awesome one! Extremely thorough, communication was always of high standard, the first and only property manager who genuinely takes care of her tenants! If we ever decide to rent again we will be coming back to Tracy without a doubt. HIGHLY recommend her! Couldn’t have asked for a better property manager. Fantastic experience: We got a 90 day notice from our previous landlord. Missus was heavily pregnant and it just added stress. We Originally applied for another house and didn't get it. So Janette rings my partner and said "we will get you into a property". Well she did exactly just that. After contacting Nicola and the team, I cannot emphasise enough how much support and help they have provided - with the most littlest things, they take it as their own. Negative experience: Crockery cupboard was only glued to the wall above kitchen work area. Very fortunate that it decided to fall at 1.50 am. We could have been killed. Took days for it to be fixed. These guys have sent all three tenants in this house emails saying that they are behind with their rent when rent is current. Numerous things we have asked yo be remedied. Either takes a long time or doesnt get done at all. I'm sorry but I dont believe these positive reviews. Our experience with this company has been a horrifying nightmare.

I hope they all have a good lawyer as i certainly wouldnt be accepting the lies and would be ensuring that legal proceedings would be happening. I would recommend to these people that they remove their slanderous comments or suffer the consequences that the court system of NZ will impose on them. Time for you all to move on...

Negative experience: Don't try to communicate with them. They won't reply to you, and they prefer to reply to you in rude words. They are greedy and will violate the law at any time. You need to spend a lot of time looking for relevant departments’ help in order to respond to their illegal requests. Never work with them.

Negative experience: Can you accept an agent that will increase your rent by 50% in less than a year? Even if we find the market guidance price, they don't care. Greedy company and greedy manager！！

Fantastic experience: Our company have rented a property for four of our site staff through Inspire Property Management Invercargill and I am very very BIG on customer service. To be completely honest, with my experience so far with dealing with their Property Manager (Tracy), this has been the most efficient dealing in all my six years of seeking rental properties for our site staff. She has been prompt with her email communication each time and very understanding. Overall she has been lovely to deal with and I wish more Property Manager's with other Property Management companies around New Zealand were this seamless to deal with. Thank you and we appreciate all your help.

Negative experience: I feel their management has big problems! I paid the rent on time every times but received their email that i overdue the rent! I think they did not check the account clearly before contacting their clients which make me very angry and waste my time to deal with it!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have stumbled into the safe hands of nicola from the invercargill team. After looking for a suitable rental for over 1 year we contacted nicola and within 2 weeks she had a place lined up for my already huge family. With growing rents and risks of bad tenants its lovely for someone to have trust and faith in the fact some of us tenants do actually treat our rentals as our own homes. I couldnt be happier with how helpful she has been in our transition to our new home.
