Negative experience: DO NOT use this company. They have increased their fees effective immediately and have breached the Property Management agreement but dont care. The have no idea about the Tenancy Act or about running a business of this nature as none of them know what they are doing. No qualifications and make things up as they go along. Definately a disaster with properties leaving and going elsewhere..

Negative experience: the only thing fake is your approach and character Nicola Patterson I do not recommend your company or yourself for that matter to anyone and do actually strongly advise anyone to create your own trail of information that factually supportive when faced with tenancy tribunal Do have witnesses Nicola will intimadate you in the court room will not be honest Where it does not benefit the truth Bring your witnesses with you and any documentation valuable to your case Do not think the gifts they give you of kindness she will deliberately use it against you to get one above you Nicola and Jock kindness comes with a cost and is not pure the plumber Calvin asks personal question to then have his wife step in who works at Nga kete to refer you to support they believe they are running a positive thing here thought individuals such as myself could not make a decision based of the full intention in what they was trying to achieve uncomfortable the neighbors was a drug store waiau crescent freedom of speech

Negative experience: In response to Invercargill property management reply: I do not have the incorrect company, I'm just not willing to identify myself to you due to the abuse and harassment I endured from Nicola unless you can ensure that her misconduct will not go unnoticed. But as proof I was in a property that your company manages it was one in Richmond, Invecargill that you officially managed as of the 20th of January 2024. Wish I could give 0 Stars as this company doesnt even deserve a 1-star rating. Absolutely horrific experience with this company. Nicola was the property manager assigned to the house I and a group of others were renting. From even before her official start date as property manager Nicola was bossy, intimidating, rude, and horrible to deal with. She is harsh, treats the renters as beneath her, and just doesnt listen. She is a bully and completely disrespectful. I understand the situation myself and the other tenants found ourselves in was difficult to navigate (one tenant decided to leave and the rest were unsure if they could find someone to fill the spot/ afford to cover rent) but Nicola was absolutely no help and was ultimately the reason everyone chose to leave. Her bullying and intimidating was so bad it caused numerous panic attacks for myself and the other tenants, even just a call or text would initiate one. At the final inspection, Nicola informed the other tenants they should not be present but told me I had to be there. I, along with my support people, strongly believe this was just so that she could bully and intimidate me further, which she did. At the final inspection one of the neighbourhood cats was in the yard. She asked me if it was mine or or the other tenants. I told her it was one of the neighbours. Nicola told me if i didnt remove it, she'd have animal control take it and deal with it. I once again told her it was a neighbours, not mine. Nicola called three times about the cat, still threatening to have it removed and dealt with by animal control even though I repetedly told her it belonged to a neighbour. Clearly this is not the first time Nicola has been shady and intimidating and it definitely wont be the last. I am of the opinion that all of the negative reviews for Invercargill property management are likely 100% true and would not wish dealing with them on my worst enemy.

She is down to earth, honest and tells you how it is and also why to get the maximum out of your rental for both myself and also the tenants. She is very fair and will help out with any issue even if the property needs anything fixed or any improvements required if applicable. I wouldn't use any other property manger if you ask me.
