Emma was aware of our situation and provided us with many options that would suit us. She took the time to chat about the building process and different ways we could go about it. Documentation on various sections were promptly given to us and communication was prompt and clear. Having had the experience of working with Emma & Dwayne from a buyers perspective I had no hesitation to ask them to sell our current property.
