While she is representing my landlord when she conducts flat inspections, she still acknowledges that this is my home and treats me accordingly. When remedial work is required, Jessica has shown herself to be efficient and organised. Jessica has also gone out of her way to fit in with my needs. She rearranged my last inspection to another day because this was more convenient for me. I did not ask for this but she offered. It was very much appreciated. Fantastic experience: We feel Ange does as much as she can, acknowledging that she must follow the landlords direction. Having been home owners of 3 property's one of them a new build. I was always aware the need to maintain adequately. The old adage a stitch in time saves nine doesn't appear to be understood by our current landlords. This has surprised us. We find Ange very kind and courteous and we find her thorough and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Stacey Howden has been the Property Manager for my residence in Annesbrook for over two years. During that time Stacey organised the work necessary to ensure my home was brought up to "healthy home" standards with the installation of an externally venting range hood in my kitchen & fan in the bathroom. Positive experience: The initial evaluation was excellent and got a lot of assistance from Summit staff.Since then checks have been regular and reports forthcoming promptly. Summit appear to be more professional than do some other property managers (word of mouth from neighbours and the state of some properties ). At this point my tenant has been very good so Summit has been untested in having to address any issues. But I suspect they will be professional inthis regard.
