We have only met Emily a couple of times personally but she is very pleasant to deal with and if we have maintenance needed she gets some quotes from no nonsense and trusted trades people to look at and advise the work that may be required to address the issue. Emily is very well mannered and polite and keeps us and the tenants informed with progress and we couldn't recommend Emily high enough to future owners or tenants looking for a property manager. Our property manager Lydia was always available and very helpful with any of the request we had. The move in process was very seamless and the move out process was very easy as well. She is professional, kind, always on time. We stayed as a tenant for 2.5 years and she was responsive when ever required. Her inspections are always high standard.
