Negative experience: When trying to get our listing Jake Ramasamy was texting/emailing/ ringing to get our property listed. He certainly had all the right words, "trust me" he said, but don't be taken in by that. All talk, no action. Over 3 months since listing neither he or Kris ever contacted us verbally or by email; incorrect vendor report information to us; we were forever following up on when open homes were; we emailed Jake he never replied; we were to met with agent Kris but that never occurred. Brooke, one of his team members was however awesome. Our property did sell, yet neither Jake nor Kris contacted us. We emailed Simon and David Lugton earlier on with our concerns, but neither of them responded. Both my sister and I would never recommend Jake or Kris. Appaulling from them both.
