Our property manager, Linda Dillon has been absolutely amazing to deal with. She’s friendly, down-to-earth, and incredibly quick to respond whenever I need anything. Any maintenance issues are handled promptly and without fuss, and you can tell she genuinely cares - about the property, the owners, and us as tenants aswell. 2 months ago Fantastic experience: Sharon Du Plessis has been managing one of my properties in Hamilton for quite a few years now. She has been excellent with timely communication regarding the property with regards to inspection schedules and reports, any issues that need attention and also has been very proactive in ensuring the property is tenanted at all times by following up with tenants, before end of any tenancy agreement to see if they will renew their tenancy agreement and if not then she will immediately advertise and bring in new tenants avoiding any lost of rental income to me. The tenants have always been good and never had any issues with tenants she has signed up with. A great asset to Raywhite Hamilton and the team Regards Leonard Pereira

Claire has excellent communication skills. She was always clear, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed support. 3 months ago Negative experience: Very poor experience with Sue Denison. Took her days to realize she didn't even process my refund form. And when she did, she sent to the wrong bonds email resulting delay of processing, only discovered by me after I called tenancy service 2 weeks later.

Our property manager has advised that the bond refund form was submitted within the required timeframe. At present, Tenancy Services are experiencing delays as they work through the rollout of their new bond system, which has unfortunately impacted processing times across the sector.
That said, we appreciate you raising this and thank you for your feedback. We’re reviewing our processes and communication to ensure tenants are kept as well informed as possible during these situations.

3 months ago Fantastic experience: When my daughter and moved originally into our Ray White rental, we had the most terrible time. The property manager at the time, had not provided us with a tidy, hygienic, home and it was missing more than half the chattels advertised. To say we were let down and upset, would be putting it mildly. For next 2 to 3 weeks that followed, we fought hard to be taken seriously or to even feel heard - it wasnt until the amazing Linda Dillon stepped in and took over as Property Manager, that we finally felt hope. Linda has been amazing! She listens, she communicates well and she commits to fixing any and all concerns. We went from panic attacks to peace within a matter of moments - and we genuinely cannot thank her enough. The amount of effort this one woman put in, has been a game changer I cannot recommend her services enough - shes not just a Property Manager, she is an absolute pleasure to work with.

4 months ago Fantastic experience: Linda has been our rental property manager for as long as I can remember. Right from the start Linda has had a great manner in dealing both with us as landlords and the tenants. Communication is one of Linda’s strengths. We have always been updated as issues arise and Linda has always given us relevant advice based on what’s needed. Even since we have sold the investment property, Linda has been helping us out with viewing the property while it sits empty before take over date. The only reason we are parting ways is because we are now out of the investment property game. Do yourself a favour and ask for Linda to manage your property. You won’t be disappointed. 7 months ago Fantastic experience: Clint Prior took over as property manager of my rental unit in late 2023 and remained in this role until I relocated in September 2025. As someone who rented for over 15 years (and through Ray White Hamilton for 14 of those years), I can easily say that Clint is the best property manager I have ever had. Clint makes a genuine effort to respect the privacy and wellbeing of tenants, ensure that properties are well-maintained, and that improvements/repairs are conducted as quickly as possible and with minimal interruption. His feedback during property inspections was always reasonable and considered. I can say, without hyperbole, that Clint sets an exceptionally high standard that other property managers should aspire to work towards.

7 months ago Negative experience: LANDLORDS BE AWARE - Integrity and honesty not a key strength of this company directors. When it goes wrong -where are they? Taking money and not delivering the service that you promise (their marketing words are just that - words). And then to place that known bad tenant into another rental. No regulations on PMs and no FAIR GO to keep our businesses honest any more. Natalie you deserve a better company, your support at court I really appreciated but again it was short on quality delivery (as per our discussion).

9 months ago Negative experience: Highly do not recommend services of Ray White property managers. As a tenant and someone who understand my rights under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 it is very disappointing to have the property manager and a higher up in the Hamilton office not understand or acknowledge these rights. They assume you don't know your rights and try to take advantage of this. When asked for clarification (regarding the law) they will tell you to speak to Tenancy Service (which I did). Tenancy Services confirmed I was correct and that it is disappointing that Ray White do not understand these basic legal rights. I do not like giving bad feedback so please know this is a bad service and I hope they can improve.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: We’ve had a few property managers from Raywhite throughout our time being tenants and have never had any issues. Specifically with Clint, he’s always kept us up to date, prompt with responses and any issues that arise! Was very easy to communicate and organise our tenancy coming to an end, and comms were great even though there was a 5 hour time difference, he made our move out very easy during a high stress time while we were relocating country!

Just three weeks ago, I moved to a new house and left Ray White. But I can assure you that for the past five years, he's been excellent at managing the house I used to live in. He's always positive and answered all my questions and concerns. He never spoke to me or treated me differently for not speaking English properly.
