But each and everyone who came and did open homes, and Amanda in the background were totally on point. I have earlier dealt with another good agent from Hamilton but these guys are way above her. Not only were they knowledgeable and courteous throughout the sale process but they also managed to get me very close to our price expectations in what is a subdued market. Negative experience: I have engaged this agent Aman who has promised a lot about selling and experience and is the worst person ever dealt with who could not sell my property. Before taking up the property the promised made by him were very high but what I could see was then was no aggressive marketing at all and these agents simply put the advert online and expect to sell properties online like any other items. Do not ever engage this guy. I am writing this review pretty late as this happened a year ago.

Negative experience: Eves Rototuna are the most unprofessional and laziest business I have dealt with. We were renting a property under them. Moving into the house it was obvious that the house had not been cleaned well prior to us moving in. Little after 2 months of being there the house was put on the market. We were promised that we would be well looked after and that they would try there best to help us find a new place to live. This did NOT happen. We had to have open homes twice a week every weekend until I stood up for myself. This even happened in a tropical cyclone. Not one property was shown to us in this time. They did nothing to help us. When it came to move we cleaned the house to a standard that was a lot better than how it was left when we moved in. Eves still had problems with this and as a cash grab made us pay for a cleaner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible people!!

Negative experience: I had the worst experience at a viewing. I believe the agent I met at the house was Kylie Parker and I hate to say it but I felt extremely uncomfortable with the experience. I feel like she was very rude, no smile, barely said hi, had nothing to say about the property, didn’t tell me how I could apply, I had to ask but she even seemed a bit annoyed that I asked. Just a really bad viewing which is unfortunate because I did like the house but Im not going to go through with the application because I feel like I was treated very poorly. I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this crowd. I viewed a property on the 20th of January as I was seeking new accomodation for my fourth year of university. It is now the 20th of February, and I have not received word concerning the status of my application. The listing has since been removed from their site. They do not have the common curtosey of informing anybody of any outcomes concerning applications. Credit where it is due, the lady that I spoke to was very nice. Unfortunately the lack of communication far outweighs the the pleasantries of the various staff members. I do not recommend this company.
