Fantastic experience: The team, particularly Rahul, did a great job at getting the home over the line for their vendor, and also getting the deal done for me to get into my first home. Rahul facilitated going from first viewing to settlement in under 3 weeks with multiple conditions, managing both vendor and purchaser expectations. As the purchaser (not the vendor), Rahul was at times pushy but conversely highly responsive and quick at turning around information and communication exchanges. Overall he provided excellent service and I would recommend going with Rahul if you want to get the deal done, whether buying or selling. The experience was all positive as collectively we were able to reach fair terms and I believe both the vendors and I came away happy in the transaction, satisfied that we found the appropriate market price for the property.

Jack came in the top 5 agents but was the first and only real estate agent to provide, by return of email a comprehensive detailed sale proposal and evaluation of the property, including sales in the area. Every detail meticulously explained; especially the rational for staging, waterblasting and cleaning, which initially I was reluctant to agree to. It all proved to be invaluable in transforming the property from being presented as 'good enough' to looking fabulous! Every legal detail was conducted on-line, using Docusign for secure signitures and made tthe whole process smooth and efficient. The auction process was thoroughly explained, reserve discussed and auction day all conducted with professsionalism and experience, especially from the auctioneer; whilst I was included long distance by phone and watched on line. All in all, the whole process has been amazing and concluded with a sale price above my reserve price. I am thrilled I am truly thankful for all the hard work that the team committed to, especially navigating the transition during the previous tenancy conclusion and the open home viewings. I couldn't have asked for more to secure the sale of the property and at the best price.
