The property wasn’t exactly the easiest to get across the line because of the access and cladding but the challenges were embraced head on by Quinton and he didn’t give up. Private viewings galore, busy open homes and amazing marketing resulted in a large number of offers to consider. We ended up selling to one of the first open home attendees and the offer landed where we needed it to after Quintins exceptional negotiating skills were put to the test Would highly recommend

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY APPALLING EXPERIENCE! AVOID THIS COMPANY! Our experience with this property management company has been deeply disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. I’m sharing this review to caution other property owners to carefully consider who they trust to manage their investment. Tenants were placed in our property who caused extensive damage and then failed to pay rent for many months. We had to go through the tribunal process to recover some of the lost rent and to have the tenants removed. Throughout this ordeal, we felt there was very little accountability or communication from the property management team, including Greg Purcell and Mary Dodds. No matter how hard we tried, at no point did we receive an apology or acknowledgment for how badly the situation was managed. We engaged the services of Eves and later learned that the tenants were related to someone within the agency. We were also told that we could self-manage the property and that doing so would be straightforward and issue-free — unfortunately, that advice could not have been further from the reality we experienced and have been feeling manipulated as our Eves agent informed us she had refused these same tenants application in the past. The entire situation has left us feeling extremely let down and questioning the company’s professionalism and judgment. In our opinion, the handling of our property was careless and poorly managed. We have suffered financial loss, stress, and wasted time as a direct result of how things were handled. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company and would strongly suggest other landlords exercise caution before engaging their services.

The house was our ideal starting home. But the biggest motivator to continue coming back and putting in an offer was the manner that Brendon interacted with us. He didn't give us a sales pitch or try and convince us the house was anything else than what it actually was. We felt the honesty, it made us feel like we can trust him. It was our first home buying together and he gave us his time and attention whenever we asked questions. Even in early morning emails or late night phone calls. He went above and beyond to get things moving when I was worried we were running out of time on important days such as going unconditional and settlement. Prior to meeting Brendon, I had spoken to atleast 20 other real estate agents from different property viewings. He was the only one who treated my wife and I as equals, which allowed us to have genuine conversations about the house and our needs. There are so many real estate agents who exude a certain fakeness and they try and twist your perception of a property to force the sale. I believe I would have walked away if I met with anyone else other than Brendon at this house.
